Are you aware the top 10 tax breaks are distributed unevenly?

They are distributed unevenly, with the top 1% receiving 17% of the total savings 2013, according to the CBO, the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office.

31% of this disproportion is capital gain on assets transferred after death, 92% pension contributions which is 79% above the middle quintile.

Now here's a good one! 78% in the top percentile benefit more from preferential tax rates on capital gains and benefits compared to 1% in the middle quintile and 5% in the 4th quintile which is the last next to the top quintile.

Across the board on all top 10 tax breaks, the ONLY 2 the lowest quintile rank higher in is the EIC and CTC, both of which in fact is attributable to the lower wages being paid by the top 1%.

Folks, the top 1% is draining it as fast as they are paying it. That's quite clear with these statistics and certainly no shock to my more alert soul.

Both the capital gains rate and taxfree savings on retirement plans accrue heavily to households making > $462,500/Yr.

It's a good thing Obama got here when he did! Since he raised the capital gain rates (still not as high as Reagan's), revenue is increasing along with better economic conditions.

P.S. Let me make mention that I cried when I heard Bachmann wasn't going to run again. Like Palin, she's been a laughing stock and best material for SNL.

Dr. Speaky,
You have something in common with Bachmann and Palin because you are the laughing stock on topix. LOL!!!

I guess you should add more people on welfare than any time in history also if we are giving him credit for stuff.

The White House will do something within the next week to take away the scrutiny. He has showed himself to be a Chicago thug.
I honestly fear he has polarized the country so much that if he is impeached the country will burn down by rioters. People are saying the GOP is making him look bad but he has done that on his own. Think about who's next in line:/ Take him out then who do you have? I'm worried about our country.

Shall we discuss the topic matter, or shall we continue with your immaterial chatter? Are you not intelligent enough to discuss the topic matter? I have a feeling that's the case.

Let me repeat, despite conditions, the economy is improving and is a HUGE plus for the Democratic ticket.

We'll continue by discussing the subjet at hand and you can let me know how much smarter you are than the CBO reflecting my aforementioned statements.

It is a statistical, proven fact, that the wealthiest benefit the most from the top 10 taxcuts.

Just think, given Obama's tax policy, how flourishing we would be had it not been for Bush's BIG taxcuts for the wealthy, starting 2 expensive wars on America's Visa Card and creating a housing and financial crisis he knew would cause a disaster, while counting his royalties.

Although certainly not a millionaire, I do quite well for myself unlike you. Let me see. You probably put the corn in the bucket that feeds the chickens? Or, do you work part time scopping chicken shit off your doorstep?

I truly wish you weren't so beneath me with intelligence so we could have a reasonable conversation. You, however, simply continue to chase a piece of brain.

Dr. Speaky,
Please enlighten us of your superior intellect. You have failed to do so thus far. What did you say your degree is in???
I do have chickens so you got that correct. I purchased them after Obama got elected for the second time. I also invested in gold and silver.

Some of the poorest in USA have a negative tax rate. Is this not correct? They receive EIC which puts them positive for the year. That is a nice tax break.

Some of the very filthy rich pays 18% tax rate. Which ends up being arounf 35% total revenues taken in by the IRS.

Then we have the rich (the cursed 2%). They pay about the same rate taking advantage of all legal deductions. The "rich" including the filthy "rich" pay about 50% 0f all revenues.

So in reality you have a strawman. You can't beat the tax rate of the poor unless you offer even a further negative tax rate. Income redistribution, socialism.

We will get into the jobs provided and payroll of the poor and the rich if need be? Poor people don't do a lot of hiring.........

Do you and Blue Boy need to get a room? If so, I'll step aside.

Now here's what I do like....your second statement. Absolutely they finance alot of it, but here's the deal....it's what they want to do. They know the govt. is the one that issues entitlements. Right? They put their billions behind the candidate that best suits their agenda. Right? They want lower taxes. Right? President Bush gave it to them. Right? When they pay lower taxes, they profit more. Right? They pay more in taxes when taxes are lower because they are making more money. Right? They are making more money and....putting more in their pocket. Right?

Welcome to your 21st century wakeup call. Bush gave them the biggest taxcuts in history. They had it for 12 years. They did not reinvest those tax savings dollars into the American economy. If they had, we'd be overstocked with jobs. No, what they did with it was to continue the same ole' same ole' and fattened their own personal portfolios.

They got Bush in. They got what they wanted. Bush got what he wanted. He then could play the hero showing higher tax revenue, then he passed a few cracker crumbs to the poor. The poor often times gets excited when they get a free black and white RCA t.v. with roof antenna. All that extra revenue then pays off the poor to shut their mouths and..........everyone lives happily ever after. My Lord. Dr. Seuss couldn't have written a book like that.

But just think. Bush got all that extra revenue, then had to start 2 expensive ongoing, neverending wars on America's Visa account. In 2008, his empire started tumbling. Jill fell down and broke her crown and Bush....rode off into the sunset on his white horse named Prince Saudi. He sat back until all his rich contributors lapped up Wall st. with his bogus oil and housing prices. Mission accomplished.

It's called process of elimination; no PhD required. You know, sort of like the law of gravity.

Thank you very much. Misson accomplished. You continue to be quite incendiary. But it could be, you just sat too long for 3 days at your local buffet, afraid some poor person might take the last strawberry at the salad bar. Your local social outlet, Wally World, I do believe sells Alka-Seltzer. I'm convinced you'll soon feel better and be able to walk across the street and watch a movie for $1.25 that's 3 yrs. old.

No Phd requirement here as well. It's pure ole' common sense! But I do enjoy the Dr. thing. I use to like being an Attorney's daughter better, but I think I'm likin' this Dr. thing. I'm just not use to an uneducated, nonprofessional person referencing my as Dr. But I appreciate your efforts.

Is there anything else I can do for you whereby you may continue with your incendiary remarks?

Well Dr. Speaky it would appear you have lied because that is what you referenced yourself as being. I guess there was no way you could continue your fasad here with Obama.
So you continue calling me things in which you have no grounds. I on the other hand have proven you to be a liar.
