Mich. cities say hundreds of manhole covers stolen

until the scrap yards quit paying for
stuff that looks shady. this will continue. You need pics of everybody that brings in scrap and their thumb print. they're probably wanted in other locations as well. scrap yard owners don't care where it comes from, only if they can make a profit before they are caught.

Find the thieves and send them to prison for a long time.

Find the thieves' MOTHERS and throw them down the fuggin' holes and let them die and rot down there.

Find out which scrap companies bought the manhole covers, throw their mothers down with the thieves' mothers to die and rot; throw the company owners in jail, confiscate their companies and sell off their holdings and materiel with the proceeds going to the highway fund.

Make these muhfuggers destitute. Make them pay for what could be a very dangerous situation they create.

How did anyone notice these Manhole covers were missing. Did someone just happen to notice some of the potholes were perfectly round? Michigan's infrastructure is so badly deteriorated it would be hard to notice these holes between the potholes.
