You are really cold hearted. How about we ask everyone in the USA if they are a model citizen. When I started giving Carlos CPR I didn't stop to think about what culture he was from.Whatever culture you are from, should not matter when you are trying to save one's life.I have to live with the memory of seeing poor Carlos on the ground. You don't know how hard I tried to save him.I would do it for anyone.I didn't even know Carlos when I tried to save him.I mourn for his family and his friends. This affected a lot of people who seen Carlos get hit.May God Bless them.

From the rest of humankind: Thank you and I'm sorry you couldn't save him. It's not your fault he didn't make it.

The owners name is Scott Thielen, he is in charge of booking the Mexican bands there. He also owns Papa T's next door. The corporate name for the Event Center is Papa T's Club, LLC. You probably won't find a listing for Event Center or anything on that. I think alot of it is well hidden. And the security is not a security firm or anything, I think it is just guys in black t-shirts that say security. I know if you do a search on his name, something pulls up with the city of burnsville of when he was at a meeting trying to get approval for it. Must of what he said is pure BS. Does he really have valet parking like he is supposed to? The city really needs to see and know what really goes on there, and they should not have a liquor license. The whole place needs to be shut down. They need to pull their head out of the butts. I think that the Noriega family should seek some legal compensation from Scott Thielen and the Event Cener for not making it safe for people to be able to walk to their car. If they would have been operating properly, none of this would happen. I think this is just the start of what other terrible things can happen once summer is in full swing. I don't plan on going anywhere near that center anymore. All my years of going to Shooters, I have never seen anything like that there. I don't even plan on going to Shooters anymore on the weekends with the Mexican bands always going on. TOO DANGEROUS, I don't feel safe!! Too much riff raff.
