Anyone remember the horrible stories about KFC producing chickens on growing boards? Chickens without feathers and beaks and feet? Made me so sick I couldn't eat KFC any more. Genetically grown on growing boards takes a fraction of the time to mass produce chickens. KFC denied it. I sure know the chicken changed from what it used to be. Look at the frying chickens now! They weigh in at like 6-7 pounds. A big old baking hen weighed about that much. When fried chicken is big enough to look like turkey you an imagine the growth hormone that has been shot into it. They say it is a major factor in childhood obesity. Scarey the things we eat!

And the sad thing is, it has nothing to do with world food shortages. It's all to do with profit!
And we are all to blame for it!

You may ask yourself whats next, if you do look up the term Soylent Green. Soylent Green maybe in the stores in the future, yes things can become worse.
I'm afraid you are correct, things will get worse. Food supplies are scarce in some countries and could become that way in the USA. Agriculture depends on energy and lots of it. You can see what is going on with energy with our electric bills and the rapidly increasing gasoline cost. There are 7 billion on this planet and that number will soon go to 8 billion. Nature might have a die off planned for our future.

No, this shit is not for me. Probably loaded with CANCER. Well that is with about everything we eat. It is like you can't get good healthy foods anymore. Too many chemicals.
you plain don't know what your talking about. Guess you don't know that in the U. S. Food production & what can & cannot be used on it for disease & bugs is so extremely over regulated that it takes many many years & massive amounts ofreaearch BEFORE a chemical can be used on any plant.
The food your buying from foreign countries does NOT have these regulations, & in fact use products that have been banned here for years. But you people are eating it because your uninformed.
Furthermore, the medicine you take does not have anywhere near the trials or research or regulations that the food production industry has. Not even close. You should be much more concerned about your MEDS than the USA produced food you eat. Do some proper research. I know people in the AG industry. I know how it truly is.

I farm for living, with tobacco gone things have got bad.
All that millions of dollars to make change to other crops cattle ect. given to state government to distrbute =better heifers, bulls, hay barns ect. have went banker type farmers. Myself and others like me (a few left) can't hardly pay property tax, insurance (building cars) health ins. is simple=don't get sick.
as to your uninformed stupid americans, I suspect they buy mexican milk, meat for same reason they buy mexican cars (Dodge, Ford are all now mostly mexican)
ALL WE CAN AFFORD! just like this china computer!
I suspect if still alive in year 2022 I will see alot of others living off home caned beans like I do now!!!
by the way country of origin is on cars, you don't see it on store meat wrappers. WHAT HAPPENED TO GREAT USDA REGULATORS??????????

I raise BEEF in northern Pulaski County, my beef are breed, born, and fed out on my farm grown products (Exception of minerals).
I sell beef to indivduals and stock market.
I sell by steer, half or whole, from 2 large freezers.
Problem, I cannot sell hamburger for 3.50 per lb when people say (I can buy it for 2.50 at chain store).
There is a big difference in meat, what they were fed, how clean was cutting?
IRS allows sale of farm raised meat by farmers with NO TAX collection if grown on your farm.
I have learned why NOT MANY DO THIS, TOO EXPENSIVE for
consumer! mexican brazian ect. meat is cheaper even with tax and shipping TAKE A GUESS WHY IT IS CHEAPER, shure is'nt cause they make less money. Their meat has alot of chemicals much like the test tube meat will have.
Got to got my beans are boiling over.

Yes, I have trouble selling sales tax free ground beef.
No, its not the beef, best quality around.
Point is, can not compete with chemical loaded, chain store type meat.
I may be a poor farmer in your book!
I have healthy natural beef.
I pay property, state, federal taxes.
I do not receives government subsidies= free barns built, fences, crop money!
I have owned land over 30 yeaars.
I do not buy old farms then use that GOVERNMENT SUBSIDY money to put in barns, fence, ponds ect. and then flip it (SELL IT ALL NICE)
I'll just be your poor honest (BAD) bissiness farmer.
