Who put the anti abortion crosses in front of East Southern Bank? Good job! Lord forgive us for such a holocaust.

Would you approve of an abortion clinic advertising on the billboards around here?

ITs not just a religious issue. Its a moral one. You don't have to be Christian to know that abortion is wrong. A baby is not owned by a woman. I know this first- hand, I am a mother. When I was pregnant with my children I ate healthier, took vitamins and just in general took better care of myself to do my part in having a healthy baby. I knew then that I was just a vessel and nurturer and teacher to these children. They will grow up with me or without me.

There are situations that abortion is the most humane of decisions and I'm sure it's not an easy one . In most cases though it's used as birth control and done nonchalantly by teenagers and adults alike . It's murder . It's not your right to take anothers life. Simple. A baby in the womb, an embryo, a fetus, a twitch, a glimmer , I don't distingush between them. Life is life is life and not a simple choice. There should be a trial with each abortion, just like a murderer on death row.

My bad, he said crosses so I just assumed it was religious in nature. I don't know what I was thinking.

I've never seen anyone use if for birth control, they tend to be expensive. All the ones I know of hated having it done and made sure they never had to go through it again. I believe it's a personal choice but a choice that needs to be done as soon as you find out. Late term abortions should be illegal unless the mother is in harm from the pregnancy.

Yes I'm sure the crosses are religious. I'm speaking of the issue of abortion in general. Christians quote scripture and pro choicers scoff and talk of a woman's body is hers . EVERYONE has a conscience. If everyone checked with theirs before killing someone , there might be less death. It's called humanity and where is it ?
And how can it be just a woman's choice? The unborn child needs a lawyer! The child grows up to be a whole separate person, not a part of the mothers body.

I have known people that had 5 or more abortions . Women that are well off have them and the very poor as well. Late term abortions are horrible. So sad . Those poor babies have no chance. How could anyone say that they are not "real" until after birth? I know better . I've felt life inside me and i knew that i didn't OWN that life .

That's one of the few good things left in America, the freedom of choice. You wouldn't want anyone to force an abortion on you just like the other side of the coin doesn't want a child forced on them.

Its simple really, if you don't like abortions then don't have one. No one should force their opinions on someone else.

If you know some women that's had five or more abortions then maybe you need some better friends and you need to quit hanging out with so many sults.

We don't have the choice whether of not we want to pay for healthcare insurance. We don't have the choice whether or not we wear a seatbelt. We may lose the choice whether or not we can own certain kinds of guns.

Sure you do. You will probably get a stiff fine but you don't have to pay that either. You might not get the choice on a little bit of jail time but freedom isn't free. That's like saying if abortions are made illegal then there will never be another abortion performed. We all know that's bs, just like me ever giving up my guns is bs.

If a Woman has the choice of not carrying the baby, then does Daddy of that baby have the choice of not supporting the child?

I've wondered about that. Something like making a woman sign a release form dismissing the male from any further obligations if a pregnancy results from sticking A into B numerous times.

That would make a great iPhone app.

You don't pay them for sex, you pay them to leave after the sex. ;)

Does anyone know what group put the crosses up at the Bank? I would not think it was the bank. If they did good for them!

O course women have the right to choose. They make the choice to have sex. If that results in a pregnancy, then that baby has the right to life.

I heard someone say, that we had 3000 Americans killed on 9/11 and we went to war. We have 4500 little unborn Americans killed every day. We don't do a thing. They call it a womans choice, but at what a high price that choice comes.
