It seems Garland Bend has took matters into its own hands. I have never had a problem and everyone seems friendly. I have heard of some theft but thats every where. Its great for the area and Pulaski County that people feel comfotable there. New homes and more people creates jobs and revenue for the area. Allim hearing is good news.
