http://www.silverstateelection .com/Just go to any states board of elections website and see the vote county by county...in Nevada the state you reference,it's true Romney won most counties state wide unfortunately for him the majority of the population reside in two counties both went for Obama, giving him Nevada's popular vote. The same in Ohio,or in other battleground state!<quoted text>
Your statement is an egregious error!
(Such broad-sweeping generalizations usually are).
The LMS continues to ignore a real statistic of the recent elections; in key "Battle ground" states, a majority of counties did not vote for the Obama/Biden ticket. Nevada is one of many:
See for yourself-http://www.realclearp olitics.com/elections/
How is it that some of these counties reported less than 2% of the majority voting for candidate B when the national average was as close as 49% to 51% split? Statistical analysis and laws of "probability" are undeniable. FRAUD on a massive scale perpetrated in Democratic counties, aided and abetted in these few "Battle Ground" states.
"Fox News Sunday" is heading to Louisville, Ky. Jack Conway, Kentucky's attorney general and the Democratic candidate for Senate , and Rand Paul, the Republican nominee and son of Representative Ron Paul, Republican of Texas, have agreed to a live debate on "Fox News Sunday" on Oct.3 at 9 a.m. (Eastern time).

Now you don't want people to celebrate their heritage?
So you have a problem with Italian Americans or Irish Americans or Asian Americans, the list go on and on and you set your focus on one group in particular! SAD!!!!!!

Thanks for the help.
Democrats "targeted the battleground states" the counties with largest minority populations were the TARGETS! Even in a an overwhelmingly "minority" population there was still a minority as well as "other" races/ethnicity's with an opposing vote.
In the real world ANYTHING above 80% is not believable!
Look at the voting District of Sheila Jackson Lee of Texas:
You really should understand laws of probability before you attempt to dispute real data,(From a Poly/Sci guy).
Her district is one representative of a "Carved Out District" as many minorities are.

No other future Supreme Court or any court is allowed to use Bush v Gore as precedent. Bush is truly an illegitimate President. http://tinyurl.com/2ps3e3
George W. Bush's January 20, 2001 inauguration was unconstitutional. This isn't because Bush lost the popular vote. Nor is it because he lost Florida and thus the electoral vote. The U.S. Supreme Court's decision to hear the Florida recount lawsuit, Bush v. Gore, violated the U.S. Constitution. It's a states' rights issue. Elections fall under state law; the highest court that may resolve a legal challenge about an election is a state supreme court. The U.S. Supreme Court--a federal body--didn't have jurisdiction in the case.
Has Bush v. Gore Become the Case That Must Not Be Named?
August 15, 2006 / http://tinyurl.com/qbx2s
At a law school Supreme Court conference that I attended last fall, there was a panel on The Rehnquist Court. No one mentioned Bush v. Gore, the most historic case of William Rehnquists time as chief justice, and during the Q. and A. no one asked about it. When I asked a prominent law professor about this strange omission, he told me he had been invited to participate in another Rehnquist retrospective, and was told in advance that Bush v. Gore would not be discussed.
The ruling that stopped the Florida recount and handed the presidency to George W. Bush is disappearing down the legal worlds version of the memory hole, the slot where, in George Orwells 1984, government workers disposed of politically inconvenient records. The Supreme Court has not cited it once since it was decided, and when Justice Antonin Scalia, who loves to hold forth on court precedents, was asked about it at a forum earlier this year, he snapped,Come on, get over it.
There is a legal argument for pushing Bush v. Gore aside. The majority opinion announced that the ruling was limited to the present circumstances and could not be cited as precedent. But many legal scholars insisted at the time that this assertion was itself dictum the part of a legal opinion that is nonbinding and illegitimate, because under the doctrine of stare decisis, courts cannot make rulings whose reasoning applies only to a single case.
Former Surgeon General Says Politics Took Priority /
Bush More Corrupt Than Nixon: July 12, 2007 http://tinyurl.com/2uyndl
Richard H. Carmona told a House hearing Tuesday that he believed his task as surgeon general from 2002 to 2006 was to improve "health literacy" using the best medical and scientific data he could collect. But top Bush administration officials, Carmona testified, had other ideas. The following are excerpts from testimony by Carmona -- a former Army Special Forces medic, hospital chief executive and university professor -- before the House Committee on Government Oversight and Reform:
"The vetting was done by political appointees who were specifically there to be able to spin, if you will, my words in such a way that would be preferable to a political or an ideologically preconceived notion that had nothing to do with science....

There are still millions and millions of Fox News viewers who still believe the Clinton's murdered Vince Foster, Iraq had WMD, and Obama is a Muslim born in Kenya.
Paul Pillar served for 30 years as an analyst at the CIA, finishing his career as the national intelligence officer for the Near East and South Asia.
Question: At least the way the story is told by [journalist] Bob Woodward, is that even then the president is asking Rumsfeld to begin war plans.[Counterterrorism expert] Richard Clarke reports that [there is] lots of conversation about "Let's get ready." That's the fall [of 2001]. You're the Middle East guy for the Central Intelligence Agency, and you're not receiving any formal requests, any requests for information, any intelligence requests?...
I did not receive any requests from a policy-maker on Iraq until about a year into the war. Now, this is to be distinguished from our military, which was doing a lot of the planning work and making many, many requests, usually at other levels, but some of my colleagues in the National Intelligence Council were involved in supporting the military planning. But no, I did not.
A year into the war meaning when?
Meaning close to mid-2004.... Remember, things like the infamous National Intelligence Estimate [NIE] on weapons of mass destruction, which was published in the fall of 2002, that was not requested by the administration; that was requested by Congress.
Wait a minute. The Bush administration, the vice president, president, did not ever ask the Central Intelligence Agency for an intelligence assessment?
I want to be precise. From my seat on the National Intelligence Council,... not just the CIA but the entire intelligence community,... no, I did not receive any request on Iraq.... There were other requests being made, from DIA to CIA, particularly by the military as they faced their very awesome job of planning.
But not the vice president?
Not the president? Not the national security adviser?
The course had already been set.
Warnings on WMD 'Fabricator' Were Ignored, Ex-CIA Aide Says
http://tinyurl.com/pfzpu June 25, 2006
In late January 2003, as Secretary of State Colin Powell prepared to argue the Bush administration's case against Iraq at the United Nations, veteran CIA officer Tyler Drumheller sat down with a classified draft of Powell's speech to look for errors. He found a whopper: a claim about mobile biological labs built by Iraq for germ warfare.
Drumheller instantly recognized the source, an Iraqi defector suspected of being mentally unstable and a liar. The CIA officer took his pen, he recounted in an interview, and crossed out the whole paragraph.
A few days later, the lines were back in the speech. Powell stood before the U.N. Security Council on Feb. 5 and said: "We have first-hand descriptio
ns of biological weapons factories on wheels and on rails."
The sentence took Drumheller completely by surprise.
"We thought we had taken care of the problem," said the man who was the CIA's European operations chief before retiring last year, "but I turn on the television and there it was, again."

What Indy Media Heroes Can Teach Us
by Jeff Cohen / November 14, 2008 / http://tinyurl.com/6fm73u
Independent media outlets that contributed so mightily to the stunning election result are about to be tested as to their independence. With Democrats in control, will these outlets be guided by principle or just partisanship? Will they speak truth to power and expose corruption and injustice over the long haul no matter whos in charge?
U.S. history offers role models. In this era when indy journalists reach mass audiences via blogs, viral video and podcasts, there is much to learn from the originators of dissident journalism. From the start of the Republic, bold entrepreneurs (often sole proprietors like many of todays bloggers) stood up to censorship, jail and violence to sustain independent outlets that transformed our country.
Our Republics founding owes much to revolutionary pamphleteers like Tom Paine, who agitated against the King in Common Sense, a pamphlet that sold 150,000 copies when the colonial population was only 2.5 million people.
Study any cause that has improved our country since and youll find stubbornly independent journalists who challenged injustice in the face of ridicule and scorn from the mainstream media of their day. These journalistic heroes are chronicled in Rodger Streitmatters inspiring book, Voices of Revolution: The Dissident Press in America.

The Night of the Generals
April 2007 / http://tinyurl.com/yllqfpr
The six retired generals who stepped forward last spring to publicly attack Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld's handling of the Iraq war had to overcome a culture of reticence based on civilian control of the military. But while each man acted separately, all shared one experience: a growing outrage over the administration's incompetence, leading some of the nation's finest soldiers to risk their reputations and cross a time-honored line.
Lieutenant General Greg Newbold, former director of operations on the Joint Chiefs of Staff; retired from the Marines with three stars in 2002.
Major General Paul Eaton, West Point graduate; oversaw the creation of the new Iraqi Army until 2004. Retired with two stars in 2006
Major General John Batiste, former commander of the First Infantry Division; retired with two stars in November 2005.
Major General John Riggs, Vietnam veteran; headed army's Objective Force Task Force. Retired in April 2004 after losing one of his three stars
Major General Charles Swannack Jr., West Point graduate; commanded the 82nd Airborne in Iraq until 2004, making 153 jumps himself. Retired with two stars in 2004.
Lieutenant General Paul Van Riper, Vietnam veteran; retired as a Marine three-star in 1997. Served as a consultant to Rumsfeld's Pentagon

An Incomplete Investigation
Why did the 9/11 Commission ignore "Able Danger"?
November 17, 2005 / by FBI Director LOUIS FREEH / http://tinyurl.com/78xy9
Yet this is also a good time for the country to make some assessments of the 9/11 Commission itself. Recent revelations from the military intelligence operation code-named "Able Danger" have cast light on a missed opportunity that could have potentially prevented 9/11. Specifically, Able Danger concluded in February 2000 that military experts had identified Mohamed Atta by name (and maybe photograph) as an al Qaeda agent operating in the U.S. Subsequently, military officers assigned to Able Danger were prevented from sharing this critical information with FBI agents, even though appointments had been made to do so. Why?
There are other questions that need answers. Was Able Danger intelligence provided to the 9/11 Commission prior to the finalization of its report, and, if so, why was it not explored? In sum, what did the 9/11 commissioners and their staff know about Able Danger and when did they know it?
The Able Danger intelligence, if confirmed, is undoubtedly the most relevant fact of the entire post-9/11 inquiry. Even the most junior investigator would immediately know that the name and photo ID of Atta in 2000 is precisely the kind of tactical intelligence the FBI has many times employed to prevent attacks and arrest terrorists. Yet the 9/11 Commission inexplicably concluded that it "was not historically significant." This astounding conclusion--in combination with the failure to investigate Able Danger and incorporate it into its findings--raises serious challenges to the commission's credibility and, if the facts prove out, might just render the commission historically insignificant itself. http://www.opinionjournal.com/extra/...
