Does anyone know Jerry C Davis aka "Scooter"? He is part of the Stout family that lives in Burnside. I was just wandering what other people's opinion of him is. From what I hear he is a sorry piece of white trash. As far as that goes I hear his father and mother are just about as sorry as he is. They try to scam people out of their money to make a living and they all are living on the goverment's money. I also hear he is so strung out on drugs he doesn't even know where he is half the time. Can someone else give their opinion of this piece of trash?
