Authorities bust man for animal neglect a second time
A man who had more than 100 dogs seized from his property in Harney County in March has now been arrested in Klamath County and again charged with animal neglect.

He should never be allowed to have another animal and a stiff fine and jail time should be justified.I hope He isn't allowed around Children too.Marian Eddy

If he loved dogs that much. He should have started a professional dog Kannel to help wanted dogs.
