BEWARE OF THIS RESTAURANT. PLEASE READ THEIR NOTICE BEFORE DINE-IN (That's what the management expect from each customer to understand they will tax you with 15% gratuity mandatory charge on your bill. If you're more than 6 then they even go to 18%)

This is the only restaurant in the entire NJ charges 15% gratuity for even a single person dine-in. When we asked the staff, they told us that Bombay Wok management is not paying salary to them (Possibility of Labor Abuse) and they get only tips. This was the reason they want to ripoff each customer to come and have their so-so food.

I hope Bombay Wok Management pays their employees with at least State minimum wage instead of asking them to work on tips and to mandate the 15% fees to have their food.

I wish people would verify their facts before abusing the freedom of speech, let us clarify some things posted here.
1. Bombay Wok is not the only restaurant to charge a mandatory gratuity. Every dine in restaurant serving indian-asian food in the area does it, Chand Palace, Nanking to name a couple.
2. The staff is well taken care off here, it reflects in their service.
3. The 15% was not charged till recently, because after being open 3 months and working hard the restaurant was averaging only 6% gratuity, and believe us, it was not because of lack of service.
