I was swindled by a company there in Burlington. I ordered a power supply from this company and they sent me one that neither fits nor works. They refuse to do anything about it. They now are not even responding to my e-mails. They have no phone or other way of getting in touch. I'm out 31 dollars. They are located at 104 Church st suite 15, Burlington, VT 05401. I live in Austin, Texas and am looking for a way to address this situation. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Liam Brooks

All consumer email is replied to within 24 hours, you obviously have email problems if you can't get replies. We are the largest DJ retailer in North America, do you REALLY think that we need your $31? Hardly. As per the website, there are no returns on replacement parts. Please go back and re-read the rules.

We purchased an Odyssey ATT-2 DJ Table and have not received it. We tried to contact DJDeals but the only number we found was the number for the Odyssey manufacturer. Odyssey said the dont have a number for DJDeals either, only an email. We have filed for a fraudulant transaction with our credit card company but it will take 2-3 months to investigate and credit us. DJDeals.com site says that they are and ecommerce site and do emails only.....that is BS....any reputable business has some kind of number because no business can provide 100% statisfaction, but to get even close you have to have customer service! Emails dont always make it through and it is not a solid method of communication. We are EXTREMELY upset since we are a small start up company and that table was for our tradeshow event. DJDeals.com should be "DJSteals.com " because they steal your money and you have no way to contact the and confront the issue. I am sure that the "convienently" do not get any emails from complaining customers.....the suck, steer clear of these e-monsters becuase they are not reputable e-commerce, that is for sure.....

As amusing as your posts are, they still deserve a public reply so consumers know that these are false and fraudulent comments:
1. This kid with the $31 power supply ordered the wrong one (and admitted it via email many times) and as per the return policy that is clearly posted on the website and is legally agreed to upon checkout, returns of parts are strictly prohibited.
2. This girl who ordered an OUT OF STOCK product from Odyssey willingly and knowingly ordered an item that was marked as out of stock, and was (obviously) not charged for such item.

These guys are Fraudulent. I have been trying to order an amplifier of $998.00, they have charged me but won't send me the amplifier unless i send them a copy of my credit card and driver's license because i went over a $500.00 limit (their website says a limit of $1000.00)- Are they Crazy!
I told them to cancel my order and they won't! It's either I send them a photo copy of my credit card and driver's license or they will charge me a cancellation fee. That's fraud!!
Someone needs to put a stop to these guys - we need to close them down!!

Julie, I also have fraudulent charges from this site! But it's on my bank account.. I am in the process of getting my money back but it could take up to 10 days to get reimbursed. I'm out $400 until then. Just wanted to let you know you're not alone.. I am beyond pissed off. UGH!

I purchased a Lighting Controller two months ago and they have taken my money. The item did NOT say out of stock, yet when I contacted them after a month via their "hide behind our scam" email crap, They told it was on back order and would not be available to ship until the first week in April. That came and went...now they are saying next month. I told them that would not work for me and I wanted a refund. Guess what? They are not replying to any emails.
Really??? A company like this really exists? There must be somebody who has gone after them?
WOW! I think I will go back to the old fashioned way of shopping....at a store!
I have contacted the attorney generals office in Oregon and I will see what they can do.
Thanks DJsteals.com You are GREAT!

If dj deals.com is real as you said, why don't they have a number listed,so customers can speak to you guys with regards to any problem or whatsoever. Its not a good way of conducting business, you are either up to something or you don't give a damn about customers who buy from you.

I ordered 2 jbl speakers from djdeals.com they showed up damaged...I contacted them & they told me to send them back at my own expense (2 90lbs speakers, do the math) I filed a ups claim and they sent it back to the warehouse, now they want to give me a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. I am fighting this to the end! I urge everyone DO NOT buy from them, they don't even have a phone. There is a reason why they don't and are able to sell items cheaper...deal with a company like musicians friend, you will never get screwed!

I'd like to thank everyone here for talking me out of a $1,500 purchase. I'm not going to lie that I was a bit dissapointed. The advertised prices were almost too good to be true. Even after the dollar exchange (Canada) and shipping costs! I will however show a local retailer the check out cart in hopes of getting the same deal here.(tehehehe):D .

Why would the largest DJ retailer in North America sell something that doesn't work? Are you saying that if you sell something that is faulty that is tough luck for the customer? Doesn't seem like a good way to do business to me and your response to this customer was less than professional, I notice that you didn't include your telephone number to call you. I would expect more from a Vermont company.
