The pressure is on to find enough oil field workers and Senator Byron Dorgan hears about it... Good Afternoon, I'm Donnell Preskey ... The lack of workers in the oil field could affect production in our state.

Hmmm....industries in western ND NEED people..and yet they don't advertise in the newspapers or on teh online job boards...
I guess they really don't NEED them,do they?

actually most of the larger companies are advertising for jobs in michigan and indiana areas
