Registry of Motor vehicles closes in Reading, opens in Wilmington

We have planned for every contingency to insure there is no break in service for our customers. The Registry of Motor Vehicles has only the weekend to dismantle the Reading branch and be ready for business on Monday morning in the new Wilmington location, but Registrar Anne L. I think most RMVs are open late on thursdays you can check on the web

Does anyone can tell me how they correct Portuguese testes (for a driver license)if they do NOT have any one over there understand Portuguese?
They don't really know ,and they do NOT let us see what was wrong!!!!!!
I called Customer service(on line)they couldn't answer,they only think they said is:We don't have Portuguese test,so why I paid 3 times $30,00 for?

I've been to the Wilmington one. Very nice. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

i had terrible service and it was and old man i went back home and to the bank and i could not believe but when i said i went to wilmington
they talked about had awful he was and fresh one woman complained and was told at wimington rmv they
were stuck with him for political reasons
i wish the dept would check it out i called the registrar and got no where

Suspension Hearings:
Effective Monday, November 3, 2008
Suspension hearings are available on Tuesday & Wednesday ONLY, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
RMV Hearing Officers try to take their breaks at times which minimize the inconvenience to our customers however, at some sites there may be periods of up to an hour when a hearing officer is not available.
