TOO FAR: The gift-room policy at Byam School in Chelmsford is ridiculous. It's political correctness run amuck.

A question about the Quinn bill--is it only in effect for new hires or will the officers who already receive this benefit have it taken away?

Whoever left the pitbull outside the liqour store unattended is an idiot. You do not deserve to have a dog. especially a pitbull you probably would have left it to eat your children while going to get booze. Most pitts have 2 different colored eyes so great detective work there.

Perhaps the PTO at Byam School should try accepting ALL religious items to sell, and parents could use it as teaching moments for children who are unfamiliar with religions other than their own. I live in Chelmsford, have a child at Harrington, and have no words for how unbelievable this situation is.

Easiest way to stop the political correctness in schools is keep schooling for educational purposes not using it as a market place. Let the parent take them to the stores to buy things.

What does it take to get the city to clear a storm drain? The drain at the intercetion of Hanks St. and Rogers St. turns into a pond everytime it rains. It's a serious hazard, especially with the icy weather coming, not to mention the fence of the poor guy who lives next to the puddle.

Does anyone work in this city anymore or are they all sleeping at Kazanjians? Hey Lynch, maybe you can get Carney to buy you an electric storm drain cleaner in return for city contract?

Get out there with a rake and clear it. I am tired of people complaining about their taxes and refusing to be good citizens and taking care of their own cities/towns.

If the drain is clogged, a rake won't do much good.
