Just so I understand, You would say that we would have gone into Iraq had 9/11 not happened first?
Well originally we went in because they claimed Saddam had WMDs. So yes, it's entirely possible that we still would have.

Don't forget that it was Big Billy Clinton that started the fussing with Iraq. It was Big Billy Clinton that first told us all about the WMD's...while bombing the hell out of civilian's and baby-aspirin manufacturing facilities.

But of course, he get's a pass.

I'm not giving him a pass. Yes, he bombed iraq for four days. Who sent in ground troops for 6 or 7 years?

It's ok to kill them as long as our soldiers don't get involved? So now it's a matter of time span, not right and wrong? Looks like the Bush Bashers keep moving the line.

So tell me this: IF Gore had won in 2000, do you think the country would have been different? Do you think he would have laid back and taken the 9-11 attacks? Do you think he would have ignored Clinton's information on WMD's, backed up by the MI6 information? How do you think that would have effected our position in the world, based on the current presidents foreign policy failures and our declining popularity on the world stage?

BushClintonBushBama - all the same. Ol Bill was just doing what he was told. Anyone with half a neuron knew at the time that we were not really going in for WMD's. That was just the same ol song and dance story they feed us. It's OIL baby! That's no big secret is it?? If we are going to invade countries for WMD's when are we going into North Korea, China, Russia, etc etc etc?? Seriously folks put the petty Left Right thing aside and think freely. You are smart enough to know most the stuff they tell is is total Bull$hit. Time to stop meddling into everyone elses affairs and withdraw before we go broke. Does no one study history any more? Anyone hear of the Roman Empire and know how their demise occurred??

Converted.....really? Well just to let you know what you would be in for, and what you would have to work with, I'll give you a little look at where I'm at with the political world. Hint: I'm convinced the running of this country needs to be done with the expertise of running successful business'......so my vote at this point would be all about the Donald!!!

I don't live in Kansas anymore but I still consider Kansas as my home. After retiring from the Navy we are far better to have a Republican in Office than a socialist!
I don't know where this President came from I don't care! But the American people need to wake up and smell the coffee! Borrowing a Trillion dollars or more was a totally mistake and congress should of never let it happen. Where is Bob Dole when we need him and 52% out of work well that's the worst it's been in years and these people that follow this idiot I have no simpithy for them!
