That's a really tiny town. Any reason you're drawn to Gridley and not Yates Center or Burlington?

Gridley is a really quiet, small town. It has a wonderful new library that is nicer than the ones in towns 10-times as large. The people are friendly and everyone knows everyone. There is grocery store, bank, gas station, auto garage, hair dressers, grade and middle schools, a couple churches, a nice park and community building... most of the bare necessities of life, and Burlington is 15 minutes away for anything not in town. The City and the Coffey County Housing Authority, I think, have been rehabbing houses and putting them on the market very cheap.
You should visit, or call Larry Kelly - he's the mayor and works part-time at Nancy's Grocery. He'll know all the details.
