Judge favors Conn. school in free speech case
BURLINGTON, Conn. - Burlington school officials acted within their rights to discipline a student for an Internet posting she wrote off school grounds, a federal judge has ruled.

You know ultimately the Region 10 taxpayers are the ones that will be left holding the bag for this all around stupid case. A person who has no respect vs. mindless authority. Oh, yeah...and a lawyer who stands to make some good money out of it.
