I worked there for about 6 months. They did cheat me out of hours & charged me multiple claims, which said nothing more than damaged item. I didn't do anything about it. I didn't keep any proof & figured it would cost more for a lawyer than it's worth..

I worked for them for a very short time and can confirm what the other employee is stating. I found the owner to be very unprofessional and others in the office to be very uneducated. I am a GOD fearing man and the hostal work environment is not good for anyone. Employees work in fear of the owner. He only is concerned about the money and not the people that make the money for him. The hours are long and very stressful. I am not one to shy away from hard work but there is nothing but problems at this company. what others are saying about claims is true. the company line is the customer is lying unless they can prove it. They claim to be veteran owned and it is true but as a retired soldier I would be embarssed to be associated with this company. They also can not get the drivers they need to support the business they have and this causes customers to suffer. They do not pay their drivers very well or the packers. This is why it is not hard to believe the stories I have read on here and the BBB. I usually support vetran owned businesses but I am no longer supporting this one. I will also warn my friends and family not to use this company.

I left this company because the vibe at that place was one that did NOT sit well with me.. The warehouse is extremely unorganized, their are countless claims, ( and yes the company isnt insured because the cost of broken items come out of the movers checks). The owner and his brother are disrespectful as f''' and you have to have a hell of alot of patience with them to avoid an assault charge against yourself..I quit while i was ahead.. They can find some other chumps to do backbreaking work 6 days a week for peanuts.. Not me.. Ive worked MANY jobs, and this place is by far the worst. If you do not believe me, go apply and youl see exactly why they hire you on the spot. Dont even waste your time..

All the negative reviews from former employees are 100% accurate. The way that the Owner/President treats his employees is the reason that the service to the customer is so poor. He belittles his employees on a regular basis. Frequently withholding their pay. Screaming and cussing at them. He will cut whatever corner necessary to make a dollar. This is not a veteran friendly place. The Owner/President once told a disabled veteran employed at QSM that his service related disability was glorified welfare. He will take money from paychecks for reasons that make sense only to him. He has his executive staff brainwashed to thinking exactly like him so if there is an issue, there is literally no one to fix the problem. Avoid working here at ALL costs
