If it is true that there was property damage then another contractor had to be paid to fix the damage done by original contractor. If it is true that property owner was billed for services not provided, that can be proven with original contract. If it is true that jewelry was missing and a complaint filed with police, then the only thing that can be assumed is it was taken by someone who was authorized to enter home. There is a timeline. But it cannot be said that a person did in fact steal, just that such things happened. It is for the reader of review to decide if he/she would even want to take a chance. Regarding all of the positive reviews on Yelp, if they are bogus and not actually made by customers who experienced excellent work, could this not be fraud? Certainly people would come forward who have in fact had bad or good experiences with the business. It seems if people rely on such reviews, then they better be legitimate. How can a business with such high reviews do so bad a job? The truth can always be proved. This is not difficult. Truth does not defame.
