You have a less than elementary understanding of how the ACA is funded so you have no business trying to create foolish analogies.
You do realize, don't you, that the Ryan budget and the Romney's intention are to cut the same 720B from Medicare but without the benefits of the ACA?
your Right, the Ryan plan shifts more cost onto individuals, Romney is a proponent of Mandates which he did as governor & people are not going to like it.

My God, people, even Romney agrees with the progressives:

"Big business is doing fine in many places -they get the loans they need, they can deal with all the regulation. They know how to find ways to get through the tax code, save money by putting various things in the places where there are low tax havens around the world for their businesses. But small business is getting crushed."

Now,his ideas to fix it are all twisted and backward, but at least he seems to understand. Of course, tomorrow he will deny he said it.

ummmmmmmm

the individual who is seeking medical treatment, should have costs shifted in thier direction. It is they who created the bill.

get real....will you.

when I fill up my car, can I shift the bill to your credit card?

why should medical, food, housing, clothing, phone, cable, education, child care, insurance, taxes, or anything be different?

the person who generates a bill from service rendered, is the person responsible for paying for it.

this is not new science, this has been around forever, till Obama was elected.

now drunken kool aide sheep actually think someone else is going to pay thier bills.

not for long, the party is over. Hope you enjoy the ride.

Obama stole $720,000,000,000 from medicare to pay for Obama care.
what about all the people that paid it thier entire life?
Obama says that is OK, we are spreading it around, so those that paid nothing in have the same benefit.

Obnoxious President, Elected Officials, and The Justices They Appoint:

Obnoxious President, Elected Officials, The Justices they appoint, and Political Party Bosses don’t know or care that it costs Stockholders, corporations, farmers, businesses, outsourcer sweatshops, and nonprofit, tax-exempt, organizations and Churches NOTHING.

To comply with USA Labor Law, The Constitution, and demands of Natural Law: what Mother Nature, God, or Whatever Power decreed to be the reality of the real world, democracy, capitalism, the US Constitution, and free, fair, and affordable commerce and common sense demands.

Demanding every Stockholder, corporation, farmer, business, outsourcer sweatshop, and nonprofit, tax-exempt, organization and Church; markets the cost in the wholesale and retail price of his or her product and service; of every worker, consumer, and taxpayer's wages (union contract), investment and independent business profit. This enables every worker, consumer, and taxpayer to pay healthcare insurance premium or pay healthcare provider. Pay ALL taxes and pay for every product and service they use for life. With money derived from wages, investment profit, and independent business profit. This enables every parent to educate, love, nurse, nurture, discipline, protect, and provide; for every child (job) they conceive. And fund schools, infrastructure, local and national security, government services, and etc.; with money derived from wages, investment profit, and independent business profit.

President and Elected Officials and the Justices they appoint holds Government employees, Parents, Teachers, Veterans, Police, Firemen, and Fathers disqualified for affirmative action with white skin, Union workers, consumers, taxpayers, and America’s grandchildren’s children Representatives deny Collective Bargaining Rights accountable.

To fund Illegal drug users and Immigrants, lottery, casino, and keno losers, unemployed Union workers replaced with nonunion workers, Human Traffickers, waitresses that pander for life for $2.00 per hour, slaves in enterprise zones, low-income child labor, consumers, and taxpayers, volunteers without wages, and nonunion workers willing to work for fewer wages than they can afford life. That pays with welfare checks, food stamps, housing vouchers, and Medicaid.

Pay sales tax on the more stock dividends (money) OPEC Nations, Enron Stockholders, Wal-Mart Stockholders, Hillarys, Chinese, Foreign and Domestic Investors and Stockholders (money marketers) market quarterly. In the wholesale and retail price of every product and service Human Beings use for life. And School Boards and Government needs to build, maintain and operate schools, infrastructure, and provide local and national security, and Government services. That gets only product or service.

Needed to measure and maintain the strength and growth of this UNAFFORDABLE economy and distribute money into OPEC Nations, Enron Stockholders, Wal-Mart Stockholders, Hillarys, Chinese, Foreign and Domestic Investors and Stockholders portfolios.

Defying USA Labor Law, the Constitution, and Realities demands is bankrupting USA. Makes free, fair, and affordable commerce IMPOSSIBLE; Makes funding schools IMPOSSIBLE; Makes balancing every budget IMPOSSIBLE; Makes Union workers, consumers, taxpayers, and Americas grandchildren's children life UNAFFORDABLE; and created Ohio’s $1.35 trillion budget deficit, the $40 trillion social security and the $16 trillion national debt. America’s grandchildren’s children are responsible to pay Chinese, Foreign and Domestic Investors and Stockholders interest with this debt until they are 18 years old.

America’s grandchildren’s children cannot afford life and pay this debt with the $7.25 per hour Government mandated labor wage in a hundred million years.

Well, count veteran Congressman Charlie Rangel among Mr. Biden’s critics on the Democratic side of the aisle.
“The Vice President said he’s going to put “y’all in chains,” Mr. Rangel told The Perez Notes in a recent free-wheeling interview.“Was he talking about slavery? You bet your ass he was. Was he using the vernacular? Yes, he was. Did he think it was cute? Yes, he did. Was it something stupid to say? You bet your life it was stupid.”

I never thought I'd see the day when you looked to Mr. Rangel for affirmation.

Man, what a fantasy world you live in. Every person with thoughts knows the GOP are sitting on their hands to make Obama look like an ineffective president. This is common knowledge. They do this at the cost of the American people by the way. You need to take off your tin foil hat and climb out of your bunker once and awhile.
Might I suggest you do the same. Or perhaps remind you that the reason Americans chose the Republicans to lead Congress once again was to stop DumBama and his idiotic spending. People wised up and realized that DumBama's plans had nothing beneficial for the people. They only benefited him.

He expanded government control with Commie Care. He used his position to stop energy production and uses which is going to cost us plenty in the future unless we are smart enough to elect Romney and the Republicans in Senate. He spent nearly a trillion dollars of our tax money for nothing, and benefited his union and environmental friends.

Obama is a pure sellout.

it started in 1970 with OPIC(Overseas Private Investment Corporation) which is what started the Offshoring of US jobs to cheaper markets when Nixon signed it into law & form in 1971 which is nothing more that Government back Insurance for US corporations in any loss in overseas venture.
