I wonder what will happen to all of the different groups currently using this facility (from Daycare, to martial arts, etc.).

Neither Pym nor 7th st are active schools in the district. Sharpsville still has an Elementary, Middle and High school, these were older schools that the borough of Sharpsville and township of S. Pym. were renting out. The S. Pym. school was demolished and baseball fields were put in it's place (they are really nice and working out well for the community). 7th st right now is being rented out for a DayCare, martial arts classes, etc.

It isn't due to enrollment. A few years ago, the school board decided to close both Seventh St. and South Pymatuning elementary schools and consolidate them into a new "Sharpsville Elementary School" that was built on the middle/high school campus. The South Pymatuning building was later destroyed by fire, while the Seventh St. building was retained by the district and used for offices and leasable space. Hey, with the economy being the way it is I can understand why they're looking to downsize. I still think, though, that the district should have demolished the building immediately following the completion of the new school. The site on which it sits would be a beautiful place for a public park or housing construction.

Daily Horoscope for December 3

Capricorn

With dark Pluto under pressure in your sign, this rather grave mood has been colored by the current state of a relationship. It isn't going as well as you would like, probably because you're feeling distanced. It's an inward-looking phase, full of obstructions, but best not to worry about things that might never happen, nor to stew about problems that are little more than ancient history. It's the festive season, so raise the cup of kindness and help those less fortunate than yourself.
