I just saw this pop back up and I need to retract my previous statement....my answer is No I would not want to see any ex-lovers, other than perhaps at a distance, but to see them and talk to them...nah not particularly, why try to rationalize or explore something that obviously didn't work out...I say leave amicably forget the try to stay friends crap and just save the memories if they are happy and if they aren't then by all means forget it and move on. I did that some years ago, tried to make things seem like they would be more fun, more exciting the second time around....all it did was make two people realize why they stopped talking the first time and deepened the hatred and resentment. I say if you loved someone and let them go...then cut the ties and stop holding on to web-like dreams just free yourself and them and let it go.....and if you disliked someone so much to let it go...don't look back, build on the experience and don't make the same mistakes later.

I have seen several of my old flames from back in the day, like me they got old. There is one I would like to see, I never got over her but she settled down and I got wilder. She often comes to me in dreams and in those she is still young and beautiful, probably ought to leave it at dreams.

And if you do allow him to hit it especially knowing there is another then yep you're at very least just a booty call. If that's what u want then do it and be happy otherwise have some respect for urself ignore him and he will go away (I think he already has) and move on.
