Glendale Man Dies In Crash On 5 Freeway In Burbank

A 19-year-old Glendale man was killed when the car he was driving veered off a Burbank freeway and knocked down a palm tree, a California Highway Patrol officer said on Monday.

The crash occurred on the southbound Golden State (5) Freeway, just south of Scott Road, about 7:45 p.m. on Sunday, said CHP Officer David Porter.

Arvin Haddadian Esagolian of Glendale was pronounced dead at the scene, said coroner's Lt. John Kades.

It was unclear what caused him to lose control of the red 1996 Acura, Porter said. Read more

It breaks my heart to see an other Friend die in such a young age. This would be the 5th friend who has died in a car accident with in this last three years. Vahe , Tade , Arbi , Hambig and now my lil bro Arvin.

I didn't really know Arvin, but my prayers and thoughts go to his family. As much as our parents say "be careful", "don't drive fast", etc. etc., we still don't learn, and even with an accident like this, I'm afraid we still WON'T learn. Experiencing this first hand really upset me. The pain, suffering, and guilt the parents went through is extremely upsetting. Some say it it was determined before he was born (fate), however, I can't see what part of a 19 year old, on the verge of beginning his life/career is fate.
