Not sure what you are talking about. But alot needs to be cleaned up inside the city and around RRParish. The Police would rather ride and look than stop and do what their job description calls them to do which is enforce the law. Think they are afraid or just out of shape and it is too much trouble for them to get out of their car. What will it take to make this parish a respectable place and what law enforcement department really is willing to do that?

70-year-old indicted on charges of incest
A St. Landry Parish grand jury indicted a 70-year-old Eunice man on two counts of aggravated incest involving a person under the age of 13.

Lawrence H. Perkins, 331 Rodney St., will stand trial and, if convicted, could face imprisonment at hard labor for a minimum of 25 years.

Perkins, who was then working as a security guard at Coushatta Casino Resort in Kinder, was first arrested in July 2007, on one count of child molestation.

According to police reports, a female member of his family told police she had been molested by Perkins several times in 2005 and 2006 while she was staying at his home in Eunice during the summer.

I think the only reason it was listed in the 'Coushatta News' was because he worked at a place called Coushatta Casino Resort... but the casino was loacted in Kinder.
