Use at your own peril. This 'synthetic marijuana', isn't anything like marijuana, there can be any number of chemicals in it since it isn't marketed for consumption. (It's sold as an incense). It is reportedly 5-10 times more potent as marijuana, and long term adverse effects are unknown. Years ago, some dealers would lace regular marijuana with formaldehyde, a known carcinogen, to 'boost' the effects. Marijuana is a natural plant, the ill effects of its use is minor. That said, I still don't agree with the legalization of it, but it is the lesser of evils of almost all drugs, legal or illegal.

OTTAWA, Dec. 20 (UPI)-- A Canadian report says marijuana smoke contains more toxic compounds, including ammonia and hydrogen cyanide, than tobacco smoke.

Researchers, including David Moir of the Safe Environments Program in Kitchener, Ontario, determined ammonia levels were 20 times higher in marijuana smoke than in tobacco smoke, while hydrogen cyanide, nitric oxide and certain aromatic amines occurred at levels 3-5 times higher in the marijuana smoke, Science Daily said Tuesday.

The study was published in the Dec. 17 issue of American Chemical Society's journal Chemical Research in Toxicology.

Doc, marijuana is a natural plant, that is true. There is a bean naturally grown and the name escapes me, which is deadly for humans to eat. Point is, just because something is a natural plant does not make it safe to consume.

Synthetic marijuana is being credited with users biting the faces off of victims. Zombies, if you will.
Associating it with weed is definitely wrong.
It's in a category all its own.

It clearly states on the package " not for human consumption " so these stores that sells this poison are no better than your average drug dealer . This stuff is very poisonous , toxic and dangerous ! I hope that the state will come up with a law preventing this poison to be sold . But no matter what the laws write or enforce the people who wants to do this stuff will do it anyways no matter the consequences . This will be just another synthetic drug that is aimed at killing our human race . The manufacturers who produce this junk have no concern of anyone , as long as their is a demand their will be a supply . Please to anyone who is thinking about trying this poison , PLEASE I BEG OF YOU NOT TO TRY IT !!!

Please don't think my post was supportive of smoking marijuana, because is wasn't. Smoking anything (cigarettes, weed, or incense) isn't good for anyone's lungs.

I will let everyone know my own dealings with natural weed and the new stuff referred to as "legal". I have fault the battle on both with two different sons. My oldest son smoked natural weed in his teens. I didn't have the mean hateful angry teen that I have had to deal with his younger bother. The legal stuff, as they call it is full of chemicals. I keep telling my younger son it's firing his brain. Believe there is a difference. I don't want any of my sons smoking any pot but that stuff for sure is bad. Thank god my older son straighten up and grew up to have an awesome job. Now he's helping to the same with his brother. So those of you with loved ones smoking "The Legal Stuff",do what possible to get them away from it.
