Bruised and bloodied 3-year-old boy found at Bullhead City store

BULLHEAD CITY a ' Police in Bullhead City say a distraught woman called police after spotting a bruised and bloodied 3-year-old boy in a shopping cart in a local discount store.

Does this mean she went through the store and didn't have any one question her or call 911 until this women called? Let's do the numbers, what percentage of good BHC folks saw this and did nothing?

well jonboy, this is a strange town at times, we have halloween here, and that is what the lady said before she called. she thought the boy was dressed up for a holloween party. you can bet ayone in this town that sees a child abused will do something about it, had it been me, i would have not called the cops and took care of the parents myself. then take the boy to the hospital
