Ms.Cox'statement is consistent with someone having a severe head injury. Actually, her statement lends credibility to the theory that her spouse savagely beat her. This was a crime of passion and profit. I can't believe a judge would grant bail based on the heinous injuries. Let's remember this judicial imbicile when he's up for re-election.

Carolyn Cox is a cold-hearted phoney. She changed her story numerous times. Mr. Cox was 62 at the time. Could he actually carry his wife from the bedroom through the house, open doors and go into the garage? This must be a mighty small little lamb. If he had wanted to kill her, he could have just hit her harder on the head. How exhausting it must have been to do what she said and she is still here to watch the man she was suppose to love die in prison. B. J. Cox, I believe you to be innocent. I wish there was something I could do.

does anyone in Woodstock, Il,know the real
B.J. Cox, You attended his parties ate his food and drank his wine. Don't you know him at all. How attentive he was to his wife, giving her everything money could buy. Look at her house, her car, her clothes. He is a loving, kind husband, but he has a bad heart problem and would be unable to pick up a 145 pound person who was supposedly unconcious and drag her all that way without getting a drop of her blood on him. Seems she makes up her (or Ken's) story as she goes along. And then changes her story. How can anyone believe her?

I am so sorry for Mr. Cox. He has worked all his life to make a nice retirement for himself and his wife. Now it is sleeping on a thin mattress with no pillow and listening to others talk about their illegal ventures. Mark Gummerson did all he could but the Jury would't listen to facts they just saw a good actress put on a good show. Maybe if Mrs. Cox does get on the Opra Winfrey show she will see that there is no way that she is a battered woman.

Mrs. Cox admitted that her husband didn't hit her so why the big trial? Because her son wanted his dad put away, then his mother will be next. What about his sister, how will they divide the spoils. None of it makes sense ex-cept the jury said he did not strike her with a blunt instrument. Police photos show that she bled on the garage step. Not in her bed where her son or lawyer coached her to say.
Will it never end. Mr. Cox sits on a cold concrete seat while Mrs. Cox sits in her spacious house telling reporters lies.

Kelly Jeannie and Cassy and B.J.'s sister--All one and the same. Why do you continue to try and hurt Carolyn with your lies. You were not in court and yet you say things such as "...admitted her husband didn't hit her". You don't know the truth; you don't want to know the truth; and YOU SIMPLY WANT TO TELL YOUR OWN LIES. It is time to stop!!!!
