Buford mother's death 'suspicious,' police say

I don't think K's suicide attempt needs to be discussed here. This person knows the girls and is visiting them regularly. This person was friends with them and has the girls side of the story. The police have records of all the neighbors, the girls friends and their activities so we can let them handle it from here.
Of course there are people on the girls' side...there will always be even if they are found guilty and that is each person's individual right.

It doesn't matter who's side you're on, the whole point is that it's illegal and negligent to speak of a case that has not yet been tried in the matter in which this child is doing.

What she doesn't know in all her "maturity" is that she can be held morally, financially and emotionally responsible for the words she types here.

I hope that njshore2 does exactly what he/she claims they will do.

Thanks for that. I've seen so many people swearing to this or that until they get taken into an interrogation room with a detective and tape recorder...then they don't seem to be so full of useful info. We appreciate your support and insights. Mr and Mrs njshore BOTH like your websight, just in case you wondered...When things are better you can see our boring page. Or maybe we will meet a Sgt when we attend the trial ???? Not sure if my homework is correct on that one though......Hope so though.

Well, maybe the issue is if it's YOUR statement that was given to the DA or you heard it from someone and posted. I know of someone who seems to fit your profile as stated. But as you identify with a screen name, I can't be sure. If you gave a statement and it matches what is here...no problem. The Investigators and DA are VERY good at what they do. Felony murder is a very serious crime. The guilty will be convicted and spend much time locked away.

It's so funny how this seems to have happened such a short time ago but the trial starts in just over a month. We will see what happens then. I hope the girls are given a harsh sentence for what they did, but I also hope they realize what they did was wrong.

"I'm sorry K your my best amiga but it's best for you to tell the truth and just accept the punishment if you really did have something to do with Muriel's death."... thats something that I would tell her right now... I'm saying that because when K used to come to me for advice, I would tell her what I would do if I was in her place and THAT is something that I would do...

That same day she also mentioned that during the summer, she was going to adopt a "little sister" for K. ever since B was adoptd, K & i barely talkd... i honestly dont kno anythn else... jus the things K told me b4 B came... which has nuthn 2 do w/ Muriel...

I am wondering if someone knows why there has been another continuance? I would prefer to hear from someone over the age of 20 please. Has Kathy been transferred? There seems to be obvious guilt here if the girls have been held for this long........ I cannot find any information online and hope that one of you (friend or family member of Muriel)could fill me in.

Muriel and I were friends and I miss her. I sometimes see women who resemble her and I have a small sense of excitement then remember the horror.
