French Room cook Van Hurd survives contentious Hell's Kitchen premiere

Van Hurd. Fish cook. Belgian-hater. We first started watching Hell's Kitchen some five seasons ago, understanding that it wasn't a place for Top Chef s or for the best of Gordon Ramsey's profanity-laden restaurant advice, but was a passable foodie melodrama while better shows were out of season.

i loved watching Van on the show.
you could see his love for cooking. he alway had a smile on his face . i know some time in the futer will be watching van's own cooking show
