Clinton Street punk wigger teenager who was the mastermind behind an arson that destroyed the historic Houghton Park casino must pay almost $13,000 to help pay for the damage.(Out of $600,00 in damages.)
Wayne R. Ernle Jr., 16, was granted Youthful Offender status (a joke)and therefore spared a criminal record when he was sentenced this morning by State Supreme Court Justice Russell P. Buscaglia.(Maybe he can be president now.)
Ernle pleaded guilty Aug. 21 to third-degree attempted arson and third-degree attempted burglary.
The judge, who rejected a demand by prosecutors and city officials for a total of more than $600,000 in court-ordered restitution based on damage estimates and pre-existing damage at the building, put Ernle on probation for five years.
Buscaglia also ordered Ernle to submit to substance abuse testing and counseling if ordered. He also ordered him to sign a confession of judgment which will leave him legally obligated to eventually fully repay his court-ordered restitution if he cannot make the complete payments within the next five years.
Ernle's two 14-year-old cohorts were prosecuted in the case as juvenile offenders in Erie County Family Court and only ordered to pay $500 in restitution each.
WHAT MORE CAN I SAY.
This white trash 'wigger' got away with destroying the Houghton park casino, which was used for the 5 foot pool. No more can parents and grandparents take their kids and grandkids to the pool during the hot summer days for a swim and some fun. This 'wigger' punk took that all away. The bathrooms were there for the softball and hardball games.
The Buffalo police hold there annual party at the park and have a softball tournament.
What this kid and judge did was shameful and what's wrong with this country.
Nothing was done about it. Nothing. This useless kid will commit more crimes and again get a slap on the worst by liberal judges.
He came to couts in ragged clothes and a marked up tee shirt. Yeah, that showed lots fo respect for he judge and our justice systam. What a joke.
This judge was written many many letters by me an the Kaisertown coalition and Senior center, but he chose to do nothing and let the kid skate.
Remember that judges name come election time. It'll be out turn for justice.

****I don't often agree with you but your right on the money with this one they should make him do community service on the east side and make him pull his wigger pants up the fat little kid must be a abused child I'd make his family and relatives work at the park and have painting parties all winter long. It's a shame how one can spoil it for many******

The kid and the other two, one the son of Guzzo's pizza parlor owner got away with arson.
The parks pool will sit there empty and unused but you're still paying taxes on it.
Is that showing a good example?
That's why the entire East side is being burned to the ground. It's like Dertiot on Devils Night.
Another liberal judge knocked ten years off a child rapists jail time. What's wrong with these liberal judges?
I hate these people. I just hate them.

Officer Kwaitkowski is a great cop and was doing his job against this career criminal crackhead Mack, wheh the black female loser cop jumped him from behind to defend this black crackhead. This Horne was a lowlife cop who rarely came to work and always faked an injury.
Affirative action at its worst.
Mack out on bail in case involving drugs, scuffle
David N. Mack, whose confrontation with police two years ago cost veteran Buffalo Police Officer Cariol Horne her job, has been released from Erie County Correctional Facility after appeal bail totaling $10,000 in another case was approved Friday by Erie County Judge Thomas P. Franczyk.
Anthony L. Pendergrass, Macks attorney, and Kenneth Nixon, who is defending both Mack and Horne, arranged the $10,000 bail bond for Mack, 56, of Walden Avenue.
Mack, convicted by a Buffalo City Court jury June 19, was taken into custody Monday after acting City Judge Philip M. Marshall sentenced him to six months behind bars for a Feb. 6 confrontation with Buffalo police. Mack was convicted of resisting arrest and a noncriminal marijuana charge.
Both have lawsuits against the city and everyone else. The black liberal losers.
