Made in Buffalo

We know Western New York is full of great, creative people. So, Kevin O'Neill is going to be celebrating products made right here in Buffalo on Daybreak.

I have a favorite farm in WNY. It is the Blackman Farm in Cambria. It is the epitomy of American Home Life as far as I am concerned. Julie Blackman came up with a line of products made from their farm's fruit. The products are a variety of fruit butters, and sauces that can be paired with various other foods for a delicious treat. This is a place to celebrate!!!!

Thank you for the awareness of such a place. Driving in the Niagara Country countryside is a great way to spend an afternoon once you get your products at the farm.

I love the idea of Kevin celebrating hometown products I buy chefs pasta sauce,Chiavettas products,Pellicanos,Webers,Anc hor Bar Wing Sauces,I have given many Buffalo made products as Chritmas gifs over the years and they have gone over seas and as far away as California.I truley love Buffalo and hometown food .We have the best food great people right here in WNY.Where else can you get Buffalos best chicken wings Beef on weck and a great fish fry,we have it all right here in Buffalo.Good luck with the reports Kevin cant wait to watch you on tv.

Don't forget about the clothes made here. NewEra products are known around the world. I've seen them in the Far East and in Europe.

What a great article, thats why I have stayed here.I think people need to look at more of the good side of WNY.It needs change to lower taxes and the more we can pass that message on WNY will even be greater!!!!

I was just thinking the same thing yesterday that people only seem to dwell on the negative. I was thinking of opening a thread for only positive stuff in WNY. I think I will now.

By the way Chef's sauce is the BEST. Theres a bakery at Forest & West Aves, the name escapes me but they have the tastiest bread in that place. Guercio's, come on, anyone who's been there knows. Zarcones Italian butcher on Grant St/West side, has been there for generations and they are the frendliest family to serve you, love 'em, good meats too.

you dont know how much you miss these things until you have moved away.
now these items are considered xmas gifts.
grandma browns baked beans, salens hot dogs, anchor bar sauces, webbers mustard and millers horseradish!! mmmmm
only thing that we can get in florida that reminds me of home is Franks Red Hot. Which isnt even made in Buffalo, being a Buffalo native living without it isnt even an option oh and
one bakery will make you kimelwick rolls.

I would not be so sure about New Era caps being made here. The ones that they gave out at the Fair this year were made in some foriegn country, Cambodia or Tiawan I think

I heard Coca Cola it was made and bottled in Western New York.
My husband saw the stickers on the coke cans and wondered if that is true?

yes it is, there is a building on walden and one in tonawanda too.
