Since the seneca nations of indians are of a sovereign nation ,does that mean they are citizens of the country of AMERICA ? They claim to be a nation of themselves.
If so can they be a politition in AMERICA?

Really??? You people are clueless. Typical low-information voters.

On June 2, 1924 U.S. Republican President Calvin Coolidge signed the Indian Citizenship Act, which made citizens of the United States of all Native Americans, who were not already citizens, born in the United States and its territories. Prior to passage of the act, nearly two-thirds of Native Americans were already U.S. citizens.[108]

American Indians today in the U.S. have all the rights guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution, can vote in elections, and run for political office. There has been controversy over how much the federal government has jurisdiction over tribal affairs, sovereignty, and cultural practices.[109]

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That all noncitizen Native Americans born within the territorial limits of the United States be, and they are hereby, declared to be citizens of the United States: Provided, That the granting of such citizenship shall not in any manner impair or otherwise affect the right of any Native American to tribal or other property.
—Indian Citizenship Act of 1924

You do know, no matter what facts you show these people some of them won't understand your point.
Ask them if they understand how " The Vatican " works.
The Vatican is a nation with-in a nation the same way the Seneca Nation is a nation with - in a nation.
The People of " the Vatican" are also citizens of ITALY
But then again some people still won't understand.
L/C started this thread so I have to ask HIM are the Citizens of " The Vatican" also citizens of ITALY?
And if so why wouldn't any of the Native American tribes be Citizens of the U.S. seeing they were here way before the " White Man" was.
For your info L/C just started this thread inorder to get me to reply,
You can look back and see that L/C has made up a bunch of threads trying to goat me into replying and playing his childish games and has even had to make up other names to answer his posts because nobody else will.
What I would say to you is don't bother to reply to L/C's posts
Have a nice night

I do not need you to lecture me about Life Coach. I was not responding to Life Coach. I was responding to TONI/gump, who is terribly uniformed about most things.

By the way, the word is "goad" not "goat" when you are describing how Life Coach plays you.

Look it up GOAT " to make annoyed or anger." [ Webster's Dictionary]
Maybe I shoud have said he was trying to get my goat.
And for your info I was backing you up.

Stop posting racist idiotic crap and people may be more respectful of you.

You certainly are an undereducated oaf and it shows.

The word "goat" is a noun and is not used as a verb (to goat) as you tried to do in your original post:

According to the context of your comments, you should have used the correct word "goad" as you probably intended to do.

goad---something that urges or stimulates into action
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/goa...

If you did intend to use the phrase "to get my goat," your sentence would not have made any sense.

That was not a lecture. Since your comments indicated a lack of knowledge about Native Americans and citizenship, I provided you with information to help you understand what most elementary school students know.
