Dunkin Donuts has expanded in Buffalo over the last several years, but that Upstate growth may not be limited to the Queen City.

As we become more a Police State, this is a logical move.

I'm sure that Chief Uncle Tom and the rest of the RPD are 100 percent behind this.

Just what we need, more SUBURBAN development.

Great....

The should put one in the new downtown police substation so that those officers don't have to travel far to get their fix on the doughnuts.
Plus sales would be phenomenal.

If a Dunkin Donuts expansion is what it takes to hire more police, then I'm all for it.

Makes you wonder.......
According to the FBI crime is down in Rochester.
According to the last census, the population has decreased in Rochester.
But RPD currently has the most sworn officers in its history....and still hiring more.

We could use more Burger Kings in the area more than DDs. DDs like many chains aren't what they use to be.

I can remember when Dunkin Donuts was 'standing room only' on Saturday night.

Good times.

I hope so too. That will be a nice career for him. A friend of mine went to work for DD about ten years ago, and I know he make big bucks. Plus, and this is the best part, no work clothes. They supply the shirts. It's a win-win. Let us know how it turns out.

Dunkin sucks. Ridge Doughnut is the best.

Now that I think about it, a Dunkin in da hood guarantees a police presence - 24/7/365!

Win|Win!

B&L purges 500 employees, Kodak is ready to close, no serious companies moving to Rochester (or western NY), but we're getting more fat food - and that's news.

More DDs should positively impact our real estate values, and pump tax dollars into the local economy.

I hope it's as good (or even better economically) then it sounds.(refering to DDs and tax not the B&L thing)
