So some of the people that got the performance cash are people that have got in trouble for not staying to the end of their work shift and others are just sitting on there asses and doing nothing so I have no idea how they got one. All I can say is they must of been blowing Bill alot!!!!!!!! Just my 2cents

Thats how they do it at SEW not the best system. When you work for Levan he doesn't know if your eligle for payment or not. You have to tell him. He's only in that position because he fell into it courtesy of Mr. Karnath. Sort of a patronage type job. PATHETIC!!!

Some people in SEMP would come in at 8:30 supposed to be there at 8:00 and still leave at 3:00. Levan never would say anything unless he got a directive from Churley. Thats what you have running SEMP. He has little or no control of his employees.

I know that Lani Churley is the biggest 2-faced person I ever met. Only looks out for her own interests and Ken Levan is her puppet he also looks out for her interests so that he won't lose his #1 interest his job.

RJP , quit your griping. You were a pathetic employee who had ZERO intereste in people with disabiltiies, and that is why you were expendable.
the problems at SEW are absolutley the reason that agency is so horrible. They pay nothing, give huge bonuses to their manangement team and let Judy Shanly treat them all like idiots to further her own lame reputlation. Just an alcoholic with a creepy husband also on the payroll, and the board knew it. She wants to come back to her cushy job there,driving in the car SEW bought for her and sit on her ass abusing employees all day. Thats why she created the stories about Ms. Hayes, who did nothign but treat the staff with respecgt, tried to move us into the future and cared for the lives of our clients. the board is awful, so full of themselves and thinkging they are so smart, but have no common sense.

Ms Hayes What more can be said. She was the one under investigation.

What is there to argue about here? I as far as I'm concerned they are all a bunch of losers. Both the board and senior management have forgotten who their customers are and what their mission involves. There's no foresight, overall plan, or active brain cell among the lot of them. They just react to situations and make decisions based on their own needs and how it affects them in keeping their positions. It's a battle between direct care and management. Let's keep our solidarity, thank you.
