So the higher ups are saying that most of us wont be getting anything this year!!!!! Bull right but they are going to spend the cash on snacks and desserts so we can welcome him to SEW and also pizza for us on the 21first bull take that cash and give us a bonus. You know at some point later on they will be asking us to give them cash for some basket or something like that HHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLL NNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOO!!!! I think every one should say the same thing

Who is the new director? I hope they did a background check...SEW doesn't know how to treat their employees that's for sure..I am almost ready to quit & find a better agency to work for...

The new director is Tim Foel he came from community services of Buffalo he's not from out of town. As you know the Board at Southeast is such a bunch of dipshits thats why a outside consulting firm was needed to help in there search for the new ED. I don't think Mr Foel is on the run for any crimes against society or another human service agency.

Southeast Works really started treating their employees like crap during and soon after the Pam Hayes foul-up. Southeast was at one time an employer that employees and the community at large respected for there quality services and the way they treated there employees. Its a shame how far they have fallen. I find it interesting that last person terminated in SEMP intials RP his position was not filled. That says to me maybe they were just looking to dump him. Did his crime against the Board fit the punishment? Then you have Ken (NO BALLS)Levan SEMP Manager never standing up for his former employees. All that wasted muscle.

I remember that stupid shit. Management didn't care for my responses all negative. I always made sure I signed my name. Do you remember that stupid ass scavenger hunt Pam Hayes put people thru. I left early that day as I wasn't interested in participating in the bullshit. I come work thats it. I think Pam just just wanted to see how much of a bunch of asses we were. I flew the coop that day

I am not because I was decertified last January. Don't matter that I gave 110% since because I felt so bad. Didn't matter that they can't keep staff and they move you all over the place. The smug look on ms face makes me sick. I'm looking for a new job. They think their all that. People inc is far better. All here are a bunch of pompous asses.

That whole performance payment idea should be shitcanned. Unless of course everybody gets one. I think the people that don't get them are hurt or angry as a result it affects there job performance more as they feel they are not appreciated.
