What the heck is going on around here. The state is everywhere. Have they finally caught on to Shady SEW?
I AM NOT SUPRISED. Interesting to see who is going to blame who as there is not 1 person that hods themselves accountable at tat agency. They shall fall like a house of cards.

There is fraud supervisors at Southeast know it. There only concern is keeping Medicaid dollars flowing. The whole system is fraudulent. Who really verifys what is written on therap to be true or untrue. Fraud is only found out if it is blatent.

There has been problems for awhile at SEW. Michelle Smith is too immature/incompetent to be director of residential. Hopefully Tim will wake up and start running SEW like it should be and not be led around by the nose. This message is for Tim: talk to other agencies and see what a joke your directors and supervisors are, the individuals are the ones paying the price for te incompetence at the agency YOU oversee.

What must be understood is that supervision at Southeast's main goal is to preserve their vocational life. I know of a few examples. I would be ashamed of myself if I had to live on my knees.

So true. It has always been like that, puppets for Judy. Not that she's gone the puppet strings are tangled and a mess. Tim needs to get PROFESSIONALS in place. Everyone that was professional and knew what hey were doing are gone.

I think the word that you are looking for is "credentials". Very few, if any, senior managers at SEW have degrees in the field ((Education or Human Services), let alone advanced degrees. Holy Mother of Pearl, the 2nd in command only has a BA in Communications!

Southeast don't check credentials ex;Pam Hayes. I don't think any agency requires a degree in human services just that you have a degree. There are competent people who have no degrees but a wealth of experience they should be considered.

The 2nd in command shouldn't he or she be in radio or television with a degree in communications. Maybe they speak well.

Yes! I didn't mean to imply that people without degrees are incompetent. However, people that are in charge of an entire human services agency should have everything: smarts, experience, and advanced degrees.

Experience or not michelle has reached the level of incompetence. She is sneaky and does everything under the radar. Her mentor taught her well. Every time I'm in the residential off ice I want to vomit listening to that bullcrap that flows out of her mouth. I'm not saying she's a horrible person but she stinks as a director. Please get a professional in place.

I'm sorry but these agencys only require a person have a associates degree, B.A or B.S. degree and it does not matter what field its in. Look at Ken in SEMP he has a degree in surveying what does that have to do with human services.

Ok Tim. You either man up or let the residential director take you down. Things buzzing in office today about the 20 day

If it wasn't for Richard Perry, Tim wouldn't have a job & Southeast would've went under if Pam Hayes was the Director. What a shame that an honest person shed light on a crook & he gets let go. What is wrong with this picture??

<quoted text> Sue M was let go because she was the CFO in charge of the finances. Why do you think Hayes let her go. Hayes wanted full access to the finances so Sue M had to go. Sue M. was a great loss someone who knew this field inside and out. Sue M was someone who was an independent thinker Pam didn't like that so Pam yells "Collect up your shit Your dismissed" pretty sad a woman Sue M. with a great mind for this field. Your loss Southeast. It's funny how nobody saw through Pams tales when she was at Southeast what a shit merchant.

We used to call her "The Devil Wears Prada" Pam loved to cause havoc. I love the fact that she is miserable...no man....no marriage.....no job......no contril of nobody. She made her bed, now she must lay in it...ALONE!!!! Hahaha Pam. How do you like me now??? You fat Pig!!

It 's sad how everything has worked out. It would have been nice if there was checks and balances at these agencies but there wasn't.

I have seen and heard so many changes with this organization since it's inception in 1975. I am appalled at these changes. No longer are parents a part of the family support association. The caring "people centered" aspect is completely abolished. Family members of residents need to be made aware of what is going on. Residents are dying, literally and there are so many "cover ups" and hidden agendas that it has turned into a horror show. All the nurses walked off in a day. Now, MSC's walked off the job as well as residential managers and staff. Most of their group homes are running not just "short" staffed but at dangerously low ratios. I hope State takes over this place and fires everyone in the administration building. The organization needs to be cleaned. I feel sorry for the residents, participants and family members. Southeast Works is not even a fraction of what t once was....very sad!!!

The founding Fathers/Mothers of the agency would be thoroughly disgusted if they could see it now. Southeast should be absorbed into a larger agency and get rid of the cancer that continues to grow within the walls of that place.
