The board doesn't have any common sense they hired Ms Hayes after Ms Hayes asked the board not to contact VLI because she wanted to keep her financial indescretions under wraps.

I think my name says it all. What a laughing stock Southeast is. Could the board be stupid enough not to know tat everyone knows what the hell is going on there. Went to meeting the other day and the clowns from southeast hold their heads up like they are better than all but we just laugh at the show tat is going on. Place is being run by a bunch of characters who would probably be better employed by Barnum and Bailey. What a joke

RJP wasn't a pathetic employee, he is truly missed by the people he served, obviously when he was at SEW he was doing his job & he was well liked.

Everybody complained about the old nurses,but the tyrant they have now only makes me realize how good D & M really were. Management won't acknowledge this fact but just look at how many people we are losing on a daily basis because of the crap going on here

Just remember Diane and Maureen RN'S are gone because of Hayes. You have my sympathy if you still work for Southeast. In the end Southeast doesn't give a crap about you or any other employee. Your just a piece on the assembly line that can be replaced anytime. With the new budget cuts at some point some people will be eliminated. Hopefully it will be the right ones.

No...not really. Senior management is still clueless...LC is out of control. As we continue to wait for the state to make up it's mind on how we are to be waivered there seems to be a policy of "cutting staff to save money and adding programming to generate revenue". This is really not sustainable. They are turning the old Living Skills room into a high-needs autism room with one staff and a case manager. Also, since no staff will be hired for this room, LC has decided to re-assign a VCM and spread the case-load to the remaining case managers. Good news is a 3% COLA as of 7/1...and everybody gets an extra week of vacation. The vacation is great but, if they are not hiring substitutes, all it means is 20 odd more weeks out of the year that we will be understaffed.

LC has napoleon syndrome a little women with too much power. She only is interested in looking good for the higher ups she always is kissing poopers of the higher ups that's how she gets where she is and stays there.

My case in point. Nick in Semp was hired by LC once she found out one of his relatives was on the Board after residential was not interested. She grabbed him so she could once again look good. That is how she operates I have seen this for years. It's all about her light shining in the end. If your paying attention you'll see this too.
