Many people hunt with assault rifles which indicates Cuomo has no idea what he is talking about. You may not need 10 bullets to stop a deer but you will to stop a bear from killing you or one of your hunting buddies or to stop a psycho intent on killing you and your family.

Too many innocent people have died? Thousands more have died due to alcohol, automobiles, knives, bombs, medical malpractice and stupid government decisions to send people off to other countries to get killed. Cuomo can take his flawed logic and shove it where the sun doesn't shine.

According to the latest FBI Homicide statistics, more people are actually killed by "Hands and Feet", as weapons, than all types of rifles combined, semi-auto and otherwise. Yeah, in 2011, 728 deaths were from "Hands and Feet" and 323 were attributed to "rifles". Ahh, that's 2 to 1!
Also, the media have been burying stories that the Sandy Hook nutcase murderer, did NOT use an AR-15 as widely reported. Reports are starting to filter through, that the perp used 2 handguns. Just more lies and distortions to brain launder the public into going along with their gun bans...Wake up!

323 to rifles and many less to "assault rifles" The real truth is that politicians DO NOT want to reduce deaths, otherwise they would concentrate on what causes most deaths - alcohol, driving, drugs. Let me get this if you want to buy a semi-auto handgun after all the hub-bub you go through in NYS to get the permit. Now you can buy the gun with no magazines as they are now illegal.WOW that makes sense. I think there are only a half dozen or so semi-auto handguns that are made with a seven round or less magazine. Safe Storage

To prevent, among other things, unauthorized and unlicensed use of
