Can you sue me for talking about 70 cats?
You can talk about 70 cats all you want , it only makes you look like an assh--e and a complete fool.
Again I will tell you for the 100th time [ or more] I have not owned a cat in almost 40 years.[ it will be 40 years this fall]
So go have fun making an ass of yourself.
I unlike you hate cats I don't hat cats like you do,
I have to ask what type of hats do you make out of the cats you hat?
Just asking.

P.S.
See I don't " HAT " cats I might hate then but I DON'T Kill them to make hats out of them like you do.
So How many cats have you killed and made hats out of?
I guess you must make a lot of money making hats out of cats seeing if you were paid what a " degreed sociologist" was worth you would starve to death, who in their right mind pays somebody to be nothing but a troublemaker?
So how much do you sell you CAT HATS for?
Have a nice night

I don't have the authority to press charges against anyone for being a fake Indian, but I reported your posts to the United States bureau of Indian affairs so their investigators can look into the matter. These things take time. They may be monitoring this website at this very minute

I know most BOCES grad like you have problems with reading comprehension, so I will explain again.

I do not have the authority, nor do I have the resources to investigate or prosecute someone for being a fake Indian.

Therefore, I forwarded the URL of this website to the Bureau of Indian Affairs so they can look into the matter. Indians get special benefits to make up for the fact that English Protestants like you murdered them and stole their land. If you are now falsely claiming to be an Indian, the BIA will find out if you have been collecting those benefits.

If you have been collecting those benefits, they can get a search warrant to get a DNA swab of your saliva. If that DNA analysis indicates you are not a real Indian, you will end up in Federal prison for five to twenty years

So-o-o-o, if I say that Fundamantalist Protestants like Pastor Fred Phelps of the Westboro Baptist Church kidnaps, rapes, and kills-and-cannibalizes little girls in Satanic, Neo-Nazi pagan rituals WHILST Devout Catholic priests have group sex with chubby little "Pugsley" boys WHILE dressed-up like Morticia Addams (sans underwear of course!)... AND that all fanatical Muslims are "naturally wired" to murder people and actually derive a psycho-sexual JOY from it, then I can get sued?!

Anybody can sue anybody for anything. The question is whether you can win

I will answer your questions seriatim

Fred Phelps has established himself as a "public figure", so a lawsuit would probably be unsuccessful

The slander of "Catholic Priests" is not specific to an individual, so a lawsuit would probably be unsuccessful

The slander of "Muslims" is also not specific to an individual, so a lawsuit would probably be unsuccessful

We're about the same age - I too turned 13 in 1970 (January). Always drive by 411 Ashland Ave.(one block west of Elmwood Ave. between W. Ferry St. and Breckenridge St.) when I visit Buffalo - wish I had the balls to ask the current owners for a tour. Loved walking to the Elmwood bars after 1975 when I turned 18 - I remember John "Dr. Dirty" Valby playing at Merlins.

A decade before that I loved hanging around Gill Alley, occasionally getting chased and beat-up by pre-Sgt. Pepper hippies who more resembled Vincent Gallo in "Buffalo 66" ... when guys' hair just started getting longer, but with the 'greaser' image still in vogue.

Unfortunately my "Man from U.N.C.L.E." pistol was no good against them as it just chambered roll caps, and wasn't a real 9mm Walther P-38 with the barrel amputated and a permanent silencer / flash suppressor (or whatever T.F. it was) custom-welded in its place ...

I was not into the Elmwood scene because it was a bunch of Jersey Shore-like disco crap back then. I used to go to Slomba's on Fillmore with the Trico workers and CPG because it was walking distance. CPG started serving me when I was about 15 years old. It was a hippy bar back then and I enjoyed going in there listening to Niel Young on the juke box. In your neighborhood, I liked to go to the Elmwood Lounge on two-for-one surf and turf nights. I would eat two full dinners and drink about 12 beers.

I would also go to the Bona Vista on Hertel on Wednesday nights to hear the blues band 'Shakin' Smith. I would. I would also go to this other bar on Hertel (forget name right now because I am drunk) which had this 50 cent drink special 'California Coolers" that had about 3 shots of cheap vodka in them.

I never went to bars to dance...I went to drink

Is your time-line right? The Elmwood strip didn't start getting that type until the '80s and '90s. In the mid-'70s it was just mostly college kids getting drunk as well, and dancing was minimal in the 'strip' bars simply because there was no room. Usually between bars they'd smoke a joint - often on the grass median on Bidwell Pkwy.

The '80s ushered-in a sharp heightening of 'culture war' tensions (by '77 I had moved to the general Albany area with my family): Conservatives who became at least somewhat "libertarianized" in the '70s suddenly did an about-face and turned into total reacto-cons, and the "Old Left" became outrageously 'PC'!

I was admittedly a card-carrying member of the Libertarian Party for a while, and even though it's been years since I belonged as recently as 2010 I actually supported former convicted "Madame" Kristin Davis for NY Governor!

Are you saying Mr Goodbar and No Name were not disco in the late 70's?
Well, maybe I am wrong because I heard they were disco, so I never set foot in those places

O.K., Goodbar did have a dance floor - I remember now, but No-Name was just too crowded. BTW, No Name was the first bar that I ever went to with friends for beers (and not with my dad to drink only a coke, nor was it the first time I drank booze either - just the first time at a bar).

It was summer '74 when I was under-age (17.5). Myself and a couple (they were legal age) went there afterwards after playing tennis at Delaware Park. I think I got in easily because it was still afternoon.

Strangely, that same summer in which Nixon resigned - and at night instead of day - I smoked pot for the first time with them and a fourth woman who turned us all on AT THE SAME TENNIS COURTS!

Someday I'm gonna write a book about how the game of TENNIS is a "gateway sport" to alcohol and marijuana use ...

What a coincidence: "Trending now" - Tom Cruise to star in Guy Ritchie's remake of "The Man From U.N.C.L.E.". They GOTTA dump the 'modified' P-38, though and give him something more modern like a Glock. They also need some blond dude to play Ilya ... how about Owen Wilson?!!!(joking of course!)
