I for one will not be a part of this coverup by the DA. This was a murder. Dennis Donahue sexually assaulted this girl while on a coke high and a jealous rage and the fact that he was a cops brother in law, and the evidence of the first murder is ordered destroyed, then this murder of Crystal and now the third murder of Giambrea is the real truth of all this. DA Clark gave immunuity to Donahue, framed the mother for this because she was expendable in his eyes and now the cover up with the abscent ME being expendable. Only thing in all this? What does that say about ALL The cops, all the investigation, all the prosecutors and all the evidence they had?? Evveryone but this paid TV consultant is incompetent?? Who the hell is Frank Clark and what does he think we all are?? Crazy like him?? And WHO in this county is going to fight this injustice? you mean they are going to sit back and let this eqotisical maniac tell the world this lie and they are going to swear to their own shame?? Well not me. Clark is lying and I am not falling for it one bit. I can read. I have a mind of my own. I am not on the county payroll and afraid of him or his political connections or power. Nor is everyone. So look out. This whole thing is going to come back and bit him big time.

We are going to do the best we can to get Frank Clark, and Frank Sedita out of power in the DA office by casting our votes for

Ken Case for the next DA. Please do the same.

No, Case is not the answer.

1. No evidence was destroyed, it was all preserved.

2. If Clark wants to protect Donohue, why is his office prosecuting Donohue in the other cold case? Nobody is forceng them to. That doesn't fit your theory.

3. At least three medical experts now each say separately the cause of death was not strangulation: Dr. James Woytash (current M.E.), Dr. Boden, and WIVB's Dr. Ostero (pathologist).

4. If she had an amount of coke in her blood stream sufficient to kill an adult, and pictures from when her body was found showed signs in mouth and nose of an o.d., what convinces you that it was murder?

5. Why isn't there more outrage at LoTempio for putting on such a weak defense at the first trial - not bringing in an independent M.E. or hiring one all these years. And why didn't he push for DNA testing at leat 5 years ago when it became available instead of waiting until this year?

after the harrowing "unwanted Guest" call to 911,when Donahue would not leave ,What 13 yr old girl would stay home alone? I say DeJac gave her daughter a "little help" to settle down in the form of cocaine. This enabled her to carry on with her night of bar-hopping. Donahue, after stalking DeJac and Boyfriend all night, decided to attack Crystallyn to get even. He most likely pursued this after DeJac came home to check on her daughter. DeJac suspecting something might be up, put the dog and phone in the bedroom as a precaution.

I'd like a serious challenger to Clark also, one who is tougher on crime and gives less plea bargains. But Case sounds a bad apple.

Now that there's no risk of jail, Lynn should take a polygraph exam arranged by Channel 2.

What happened to strangulation? This must have been signigant evidence to have been called a cause of death at the original trial. Sounds like someone is attempting to reduce liability.

I dunno whether Lynne is guilty or not. But it is clear that Lynne lead a wild life. Lots of booze, men, more booze ... and perhaps drugs. She was arrested and convicted of killing her daughter. She served over ten years for the crime. This sounds like a great idea for a book, and T.V. movie. It appears that Lynne Dejacc will soon become a very wealthy woman. New York publishers, and Hollywood producers will surely pay handsomely for her story. Lynne and her husband will be set for life. This could only happen in America. Lead a wild life, get arrested for murder, etc., etc.. And become rich . God Bless the U.S.A.!

Why would YOU be a part of the so called cover up? Are you the medical examiner? Just because you can read doesn't mean you know anything. Maybe you should fight this "injustice."

Sounds like you have a personal ax to grind. For pity's sake, the man has fallen on his own sword twice in spectacular cases while admitting his office screwed up. I'm not saying anything for or against him, but get over thinking that one man was capable of committing this whole shameful mess. Save your righteous indignation. No one is going to hold YOU personally responsible for the being part of your imagined "Oliver Stone cover up" scenario that you have envisioned while sitting on your couch watching TV.....Please get your knickers out of a knot.

DA Frank Clark has outstayed his usefulness. This is another case where his office jumped at convicting someone without a thorough investigation. The police investigate the crimes but the DAs office often intervenes and makes the decisions based on Clarks vast knowledge....He is a problem that needs to be removed. Replay his statements after learning DeJac was getting released ....very strong convictions about getting another trial but now the tables have turned because proper evidence was not discovered by the office that needs to be able to convict beyond a reasonable doubt. Now Clark just wants the case closed.....no further investigation ...no further questioning...oh wait its an election year and he better not ruffle any feathers...he may have a viable opponent

This plain and simple does not make any sense. For Dr. Ook Baik to come up with strangulation there would have to be something to indicate that, ie. crushed larynx or treachea, brises on the neck around the troat or rope marks or some kind of physical evidence. How could he say it was strangulation without this evidence?
The DA has very nicely placed all the blame for her now wrongful imprisonment sguare on the original ME. Seems to me he has made it so Lynn has no grounds for a lawsuit against the DA's office.
Also now that Mr. Clark has made this claim about the findings of the original ME will he now look into all the cases that this same ME's findings have led to a conviction. I mean, if I were sitting in prison due to the findings of a ME who was later found to have caused a conviction by his error, I would be demanding that my case got a second look. I hope Dr. Ook Baik does not let these findings stand with out his own investigation into it.

Donohue was given immunity because after passising a polygraph, he testified for the prosecution. NOT because he supposedly is related to a cop.
