And he even saved the taxpayers money by having his homies burn down a bunch of them.

Or he could get some volunteer firemen from the suburbs to do it. Just go pick them up in a school bus, drive them to the East Side, give them a can of gasoline and some hand lotion, and turn them loose

Actually it costs three times the normal demolition costs to tear down a fire damaged house than one that was not burned.

Most fire damaged houses were started by demo contractors....not vollies!

Why should he get volunteers when he can have his own drunk firefighters do the job?
Give the vollies due respect .

We agree on some things

Hey, does BPD still have auxiliary/reserve/fake "cops" who piss on the concept of the police profession?

The police department with which I am most familiar is strating to gradually castrate these pretenders and I am happy about that

I've seen these rumps at various special events. By the looks of them they'll take anybody!

They did not take any of my overtime. You would have to ask that question to a uniform officer.

Great. I am also very near-sighted, have a blown rotator cuff, bad knees, and no fight left in me. If I tried to run, my knees caps would explode. I also have a bad attitude and absolutely no desire to help the public.

Would I have to go to a real police academy, or just a fake academy once a week for a couple months?

Hey, do you have to take orders from Reserve Captains?

I have no idea what training the reserves get if any at all.
