Should Home Inspectors Be Selling Clients to Alarm Systems Telemarketers?

Read this discussion where some home inspectors are arguing as to whether or not it is right to continue to sell personal information entrusted to them by home buyers to alarm systems telemarketers. It appears that some contracts that some home inspectors use when being hired by home buyers will help telemarketers get by with calling people on "no call" lists, legally.
What are your thoughts?
Are you getting these calls?
