I have observed that most people who leave the Catholic Church to become Protestants because they are divorced and re-married.

They also like being told that not only are their past sins forgiven, but they won't have to pay for them in Purgatory either. This is not true, but they believe what makes them feel good. When they die, they will find out the hard way

My guess is that they are tired of insulting people on the internet.
I think that they have been "trolls" for so long, that they have forgotten about human decency. They seem to enjoy making inflammatory comments, in order to get a rise out of people.

It is sad that they feel the need to do this on Pentecost, but there you are.

I became a protestant cause I got tired of all money going into settlements for kids and adults molested by catholic priests. I got tired of paying for the mansions and brand new cars when I cant even afford a new car myself. and you know it's not true, how?! did you die for the lord, and he sent you back to spread the word?! if your catholic, is it okay to lie. to tempt other people into arguments by luring them into your game? the way you provoke fights out of people?! i'm guessing if you reall are catholic, you are a prime example as to why most decent people leave the catholic faith, cuz of a$$holes like you.

because my new Protestant church:
1)doesn't post how much $ everyone gives
2)pastor presided at my gramma's funeral even though she was an invalid
3) pastor dosen't molest boys
4) pastor hasn't impregnated any nuns
5) pastor isn't an alcoholic
6) pastor actually came to the hospital to visit my son after surgery.
7) and because they do NOT believe in divorce, abortion, adultery or purgatory - because purgatory is not in the Bible - it's just a money making scam for the church.
