They paroled him once, back in 2007.

He’s back in now but could be paroled again. Either way, he’s out in 2015.

It's true. He received 15 to 30 years for this crime. In 2015 it'll be 30 years and he'll be set free...

Do a search on him at NYSDOC Inmate lookup. He was paroled in 2005 and in 2007 was returned to confinement on a parole violation. However, he was sentenced to 13 years and 4 months to 30 years in prison and on September 7, 2015 he will walk out a free man not even on parole anymore.

He not only killed his family but also slashed his forearms and drove the family car 50 mph into another car stopped at a red light which exploded and killed the driver, a 22 year old college student.

Wow what a stupid theory you spew..this freak killed 4 people and should never be free until he leaves this earth the same way he deemed those 4 people had to leave it.
What idiot liberal hack judge doled out this sentence..Justice..John should be made to live next door to that Judge..and maybe then but probably not... judges might think about consequences to others before sentencing.
But then they the judges have 14 yrs of Government employment and beyond and retirement to enjoy while screwing with the public!

The website says he'll be released in 10 days.

He's telling them FU, I'll stay in 3 more years and walk out free with zero restrictions.
