What difference does it make if one employee makes $20,000 in OT or two employees make $10,000 each. It still adds up to $20,000.

They could stop the OT by hiring more employees, but you would have to pay them when you don't actually need them, and also pay them benefits

The only exception would be "neocon" who needs to have his OT taken away because he bites the hand that feeds him

Making a $100K a year for jobs that only require a high school education is obscene. There seems to be a disconnect in government between job requirements and pay. People who feed at the public trough should be held accountable and paid accordingly.
