Imbecile, Clinton had the good sense to not fight Newt Gingrich and the republican congress, nothing more. Wise up dummy.
Imbecile, Clinton promised during his campaign that he and Al Gore would reign in spending and cut the waste in D.C.
They did just that and yes, they did work with Congress and as a result, Clinton was one of the most successful Presidents in modern American history. He left office with a surplus and Bush, well, he led us into the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression as a result of his continued deregulation of the banks, two unfunded wars and his stupid tax rebates.

Clinton is ranked 15th whilst Bush 43 is ranked 37th out of 43 Presidents. Quite telling isn't it? I can see why you are so quick to squash Clinton's success in comparison to the moron who took over in 2001 and ran the country into the ground.

Make fun of Al Gore all you want but the Clinton administration's efforts to expand the WWW DID in fact contribute to the .com boom so why not enjoy the fruits of their labor? We'll put the .com bust on Bush. Why not? The right blames all his f-ups on President Obama and Clinton anyway.

You mean the ".com boom" that imploded on itself and most of all those people lost everything - that ".com boom".

The left blames EVERYTHING on Bush.

What a tool.

Clinton was voted in because of Perot. Clinton was on his way to becoming a one term president. The Republicans saved his azz with the help of Perot in the second election. We had a few years during that time period to fix most of our problems. Smoke and mirrors was the result for a lot of the gains. There were people warning then also. real cuts were needed. Real reforms were needed. The stock market crash would have been weathered better. Playing games with the bonds markets , minor changes to social programs, cutting the defense budget, added taxes, the final push of the boomers now realizing they were getting older investing in the stock market with capital games taxes providing a lot of revenue for the government all helped to give us the illusion of everything was okay. The stock market crash was the harbinger of what was coming. Playing games with the bond market and printing of fiat currency to offset gaps did not work as much anymore. And now the printing is insane to keep us where we area at. But somewhere people have to suffer. And they are. And more will collect. Anywya if you get poor enough free medical is coming for you. At least you can take tha to the bank.

yeah hell, lets put the dot com bust on Bush...why not? course, it did start to crash about 7 months before he was elected....know how I know? In April, 7 months before the election, I took Lucent Technology from $53 a share right down to $3 a share, almost overnight. Then it really got ugly.

Bush deserves much of the blame Cheney too. The right typically denies much of what is truly Bush & Cheney's fault. Instead they just blame Clinton and Obama as if Bush\Cheney never happened at all.
So Obastard's answer to all the Bush haters was to make everything they blamed Bush for A THOUSAND TIMES WORSE.

Good strategy dumbass.

Those pesky guns we folks like to hug and use.

A telling comment about how the Australia (and the world) sees our gun culture and gun violence -

But for many Australians gun violence and America will always be synonymous no matter how out of character it may be in a particular town or county.

Unfortunately for what's left of the GOP, too many American's know that Bush/Cheney were responsible for so much harm....then, even making it worse, was watching pinhead House republicans smile, as they stalled our economic recovery and dropped the Treasury's credit rating....it means, the GOP could be outta the White House for 16-24 years.....

Yes he was a tool.

Some lost everything, however, companies like Amazon, google, FB, Microsoft, Apple, and on and on and on are huge success stories and all because the Clinton administration had the foresight to see the internet's potential.

Bush cleared brush, f-ed up the middle east, and drove our economy into the ground. yee haw and yuck yuck. You must be so proud.
