Tim Pfohl Executive Director, just remember crap rolls downhill you might want to examine if your current Residential Director is the right person for the job. There has been a lot of issues as of late. Staffing shortages are at an all-time high. Care for the residents of your group home have suffered as a result of this. You need to take some action. Your state of inertia Tim is just not cutting it.

At Southeast works Como Park Residence you have a resident who is assaultive on a regular basis. Staff refuse or do not want to work at this house as a result of this. This resident has been moved around to several group homes within the Southeast works residential program only had success at one house which she was then removed from. Who do you think made this decision. So lets form a committee and talk about this for the next year in the mean time someone( (staff or other residents)will eventually get seriously injured by this person then maybe will see some action.
