It is kind of interesting that they will not comment on cell phone records.....It was clearly this guys fault....kind of like the driver in oklahoma who killed 10 people on the turnpike and then said the cars drove under his truck.....he has NO remorse for killing the 10 people...he said they should have looked out for him.... I wonder what this guy said...maybe he thinks it was the car drivers fault too, and they should have moved out of the way for him.

I myself would be a complete mess if I knew my carelessness killed these two women and an unborn child. My heart is heavy just thinking of the picture the PP ran of the young mother to be. I don't know the driver nor do I know his state of remorse but I do know I thank God that I have never caused any family the type of pain that these families are going through. There by the grace of God go I.

Always thought that truck drivers and license requirements were held to a higher standard than non-CDL drivers. Too bad about this crash, totally avoidable. I still say the laws are way too lax when it comes to punishing drivers who just can't seem to "get it" once they get behind the wheel.

It is getting very difficult for these trucking companies to find competent drivers now days, the old guys who were the real truck drivers have retired and all they can get now days is the young who don't even know how to shift a manual transmission and or are drugies. They must move the freight to stay in business so what can they do, hire what they can get. So my suggetion if you see a big truck on your tail get the heck out of the way you never know what this guy will do he has no idea how to drive a big truck, I know I use to do driver tests for these people and they scare the hell out of me.
