Tybee Island attorney, former Savannah council candidate, sought on child molestation charges

A Tybee Island attorney who was scheduled to turn himself in this evening on allegations of child molestation is now being sought by investigators, according to Savannah-Chatham police.

If he is guilty, I hope he rots. I am pretty sure he is. Why would he not want to go on in to clear his name?

Did you ever think that maybe when he got the news that he was indicted that he might have went into major severe depression. Look at the situation. He has a wife and 5 children. One of those children have lied in teh past and he was cleared of the charges. She is lieing again because she did not want him to be the disciplinarian in teh family adn does not want her mother to ever be happy. Charges like this are serious and for him, he could be disbarred. He did want to clear his name, but he knew that he would be locked up and saw his entire life crumble before him. Did you ever think that maybe he wasn't thinking straight? Until you have had a criminal accusation on you and have to immediately go to jail and see your life change immediately before your eyes, don't judge other people's decisions. You obviously need to let Jesus be your guide with your posts!\

Did YOU think that maybe the charges were dropped because she was SCARED? Children who are afraid will change their story.

the case went before the grand jury once before and the grand jury no billed the case. Why don't you check about when kids lie. She has never changed her story. Kids do lie. And if she was scared why would she have gone to his office
