Jim is a good man. He deserves to get more. The hearing officer is just jealous of him receiving compensation. The BPPD employs incompetent people who only care about their paychecks. Were it not a government outfit, the department would not survive. If I had the power, I would disband the department and mark each policemen and womem as "not fit for police employment." The civilian staff would get the same treatment. BPPD should forbid shave heads and beer belly.
